Kintobor Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 I've got a question about the Fashionista job trait and the artifact "Glittering Dress": If a male artisan wears a GD, which he can because of the F trait, then all his traits are replaced with the Harlot traits. Which means he cannot wear GD anymore, which means that he can wear GD again because the F trait is restored. So can male artisans wear it, Sandy? I'm not selling it, if that's what you're wondering. Lind Whisperer Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 I'm not selling it, if that's what you're wondering. He couldn't wear it even if you did sell it - it's "Suitable for Women Only". Quote
Kintobor Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 He couldn't wear it even if you did sell it - it's "Suitable for Women Only". Potentially he could if he had the fashionista job trait. What he's asking is can he wear it, since the dress changes the job traits of the wearer. Quote
Cutcobra Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 (edited) Sorry, wrong topic. Anyways, who's to say Heckz won't find any Glittering Dresses on his adventures? Edited March 20, 2015 by Cutcobra Quote
Sandy Posted March 20, 2015 Author Posted March 20, 2015 So can male artisans wear it, Sandy? They can, but then they will be trapped in an endless loop of changing in and out of the dress, and cannot do anything else in the game ever again. Okay, the actual answer is obviously no, since they would lose the Fashionista job trait if they did. Quote
Scubacarrot Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Just to be totally safe, having been in the unlimited quest counts as a quest for the second character, right? As in, I can now have one? Quote
Sandy Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 Just to be totally safe, having been in the unlimited quest counts as a quest for the second character, right? As in, I can now have one? Yep, it counts towards the fifteen participations you need for a second character, but NOT towards the ten successful quests you need for the Veteran job class. Quote
The Chosen Minifigure Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 What does the Mutated effect do? Quote
Scubacarrot Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 What does the Mutated effect do? No idea. I assume you are referring to the item Guts has that gives that effect. I've been saving it for the right moment. Quote
Asphalt Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 ooh mystery magic. The best and worst kind. Quote

Lind Whisperer Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 When is the right moment for an item that could be good or bad? They just happen. Like Hechz and the perfume in #118. Quote
Scubacarrot Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 When is the right moment for an item that could be good or bad? You are finally standing before the doors of the final boss room. The journey has not been easy, you lost friends along the way, and your arms are heavy from holding off wave after wave of tough enemies. You know the final challenge may well be too much for your weakened group, but you have got to push on, if not you, who else will? You take a look in your bag for anything that could give you an edge, and see that you used up the last of your 200 potions. You curse under your breath. But then, you see a tiny vial with a red liquid. You don't know what it does, you just tucked it away for later, two years ago. You have got to try. It may kill you, it may kill your friends, but you have no choice. Do it for the children. That could be a right moment. Quote
The Chosen Minifigure Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Guts! Hurry up and get yourself on a quest and use that item. I must know what it does... Quote
Lind Whisperer Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Snug Armor (SP: 5, Cannot be De-Equipped, Suitable to all classes that use shields, bodywear) What happens if you equip the armor, then you try to train a class that doesn't equip shields? Quote
UsernameMDM Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 What happens if you equip the armor, then you try to train a class that doesn't equip shields? Then you can't wear that armor. Quote
K-Nut Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 What happens if you equip the armor, then you try to train a class that doesn't equip shields? I think the Cannot be De-Equipped means that an enemy can't De-Equip it. The wording is a little confusing. Quote
