I visited the store yesterday and have to say that it is pretty big.

First the store itself:

The inside:

The exclusive sets:

Some showcases and a play area:

The store also sells PF products separately

Also the Brickjournal is sold there:

The PaB-wall with some, at least for me, very useful parts:

If you buy something for at least € 30 youl get:

On Wednesday: a police Helicopter (I assume it is from a polybeg, nothing special) (limited with 300)

On Thursday: a t-shirt (limited with 300)

On Friday: a miniature Lego store (limited with 300)

On Saturday: 3 minifigures:

2 look like this:

And I was told that the third one is Felix Baumgartner, the guy who jumped from the Stratosphere (Red Bull Stratos)

I hope you liked it!

Thanks for the pics, ScotNick. It's interesting to see that the boxes on PAB wall are filled all the way up though I wonder how can you take anything out of the upper rows.

@Kivi the upper boxes are duplicates and not ment to be accessed by customers. Personally I was dissappointed with this PAB wall, it is one of the smallest I have seen in all the stores I visited in Europe, but I guess it is better than no wall at all;-) Also, the store is not big at all compared to the usual size of Lego stores...

Great to see the pics, and at least partly know what to expect at the PaB wall. We're going to Vienna on Friday, and hope the store won't be to crowded to have enough time to pick and sort PaB parts efficiently. I'm glad to see the parts selection similar to Munich's store (where I've been last) as I wasn't expecting to see some rarer part, such as the palm leaves and trans-blue tiles.

I was there today, it is a really nice experience (though no free minifigures, I suppose they already gave all of them away.). There was a section with "Build your own minifig" (3 for 5,99€), I don't know if that is common. It was also good to see that the store was really packed with FOLs of all ages. Apparently it is a lot busier than they expected (at least thats what the sales guy told me).

There will be another store opening in Vienna at Donauzentrum (subway U1 Kagran) that should be a lot easier to reach for people without a car. I think it is supposed to open this fall, though I have not heard an official date yet (but you can already see the Lego sign on the storefront there).

Thanks, that's an interesting news about another Vienna store opening. From my location, the SCS store has a good position to reach with a car, however, it's always nice to have another store.

Having two stores in Vienna would be a great alternative for Munich if another store really does open. Though I doubt a bit that it would be economically viable for TLG to have two stores opened so close to each other in such a short period of time - I hope I'll be mistaken one day. :classic:

And if it really does, I hope there will be a larger PaB wall than in SCS.

Hello dear AFOLs.... I have 1 question....

Was anyone in this LEGO shop in Vienna lately and can report what is in the PAB wall....???? Or is anyone going in the next 14 days (before 7th August) ???

I would love to hear what available since I am planing on going there on a trip (4 hour drive) on the 9th.... so I can prepare what and how to fill my PAB cups

Thanks in advance!
