Meh. I just got sent a link to it on someone’s IG account and agree, now that I can look at it for longer the top of the box looks like the top of the boutique hotel, and agree re: similarities. Dammit. Actually looks very nice!

When they originally said a B&B with townhouse or shoppes I was hoping for a British Fish & Chips style Pub!  Hope the latest news is true.

A fish & chip pub and B&B building, huh? That would be interesting! Is Natural History Museum considered as British too?

There are four(or five)different stores.

One is green and it looks like a restaurant selling food.

Also there is an orange-colored brick building on top of green food store and a red-roofed building on top of orange-colored brick building. (The red-roofed building has white walls.)

There is a huge clock on the wall of the orange brick building

There is also a sky blue-colored building.(the first floor of this building seems like a hair salon).

 

 

I can see 7 minifigures.(I don't know if this is all.)

There is a cyclist, a waiter serving food, a customer(with restaurant), a chef?, a thief?, a hairdresser? and a person with an umbrella

Also I can see two cats.(I hope the image I saw is real.)

I didn't see a watermark, but I think it's safe to assume it is a leak, because there hasn't been an official announcement.

If it's an official set of course. Can be fake news.

The building looks stunning! It's completely different from any other building from the past of the series. Only the Diner compares in terms of "surprise".

But there is something really weird in this leak... This one should be the 18th modular building, as the Boutique Hotel was celebrated for the 15th anniversary.
