Well, in searching completed EBay auctions, the high end of completed sales is in the area of $600 U.S. Still, not a bad return.

Guess I should consider selling mine then. It's still misb and I don't like the design much anyway (which is why I never built it so far)

TH has some good stuff if you're into MOCs at all. As for my TH, I expanded it so that its width covers three base plates. That adds five additional windows on each floor, each side. The proportions just look better to me when it's widened.

I have NIB going back GG. Well, I just opened and built the GG.

I can build the old ones while the children wait for their next second gen modular.

I'm more interested in a nice exterior design. Once my modulars are built they go on display and very rarely do I open them up to see the interiors. I do enjoy building the interiors as they are clever and have interesting techniques to there construction. However at the end of the day I much prefer the design of the building to any "play" features or "stories" told.

All that being said I still would like a corner Bank. Also want a Police Station as I do not collect City sets and lets be honest the City Police Stations sets would look out of place on a street full of Modulars on display. Now some people have combine city and modulars sets into some nice towns and thats great! I only meant in regards to people like me who only collect and have the Modulars on display.

On a last side note, I did incorporate the Big Bang Theory Ideas set as an interior to the Cafe Corner so I might open that one more often than the others!

Would love to see this if you have pics.

Im still a big proponent of the idea of selling empty cafe corner style modulars focused on exterior architecture with interior stuff available separately for those who want to add those details.

Slightly off topic but i think the creator expert vehicles make a great compliment to the modulars:

I want to know how all these folks keep getting the sets that are not supposed to go on sale until August 1 already...have seen many Scooby Doo and BBT sets in hand, but it is a cool idea to incorporate one like that into a modular

I imagine the deli is true but will probably have another business/apartment in the 2nd or 3rd floor.

The deli will have opportunities for detail.

I think the rumour originated here: http://www.thebrickfan.com/possible-lego-2016-set-list/

Personally, I would prefer a deli to an arcade since a deli, being a source of food, seems more essential to a small town/city than an arcade. Also, it would presumably at least have equal focus between exterior and interior design/details whereas an arcade would presumably focus on the design/details of the games inside.

Then again, I would be open to the Corner Deli being a mini Modular style set like the Bike Shop and Cafe with a true Modular release yet to be revealed.

Thank you very much for the set names, CM4Sci! :classic:

On the one hand we already got a shop selling food, too, in 31036. So the Corner Deli might be an Exclusive. On the other hand it's very hard to believe that an exclusive CC style set is mentioned in the line with regular sold sets. So it's very hard to say.

Personally I really hope for it being not a CC style set but a regular Creator set since a deli would surely fit very well in my Lego City!

I think (and hope, actually ;) ) that the deli will be the next modular - TLG will probably reuse some ideas from Kwik-E-Mart in terms of interior.

I guess it depends on the country you live in. Also, VIP members usually get early access.

I'm in The Netherlands, and over here, sets get released a lot earlier than in some other countries.

Hey, next modular might be a deli. If not, then the deli is another mini modular.

It's not a modular. It's just the next one in the vein of the Bike Shop / Grocery Store Creator buildings.

I was at Legoland California early in July, they had all the new sets out for sale-

Okay so as of now, the rumored arcade is the only lead we got

I think corner deli is more likely than amusement hall. If it's a corner building, there isn't much opportunity to reduce size and piece count for the exterior which reduce the designer's ability to do an overly intricate interior - necessary for an amusement hall. Plus they already have Lakeside Lodge as a small scale creator building in that wave. Have they ever released two small creator buildings in the same wave before?

January 2015- there was the small Beach Hut, and the Grocery Store. Same as this wave will be.

So no arcade?!? And we are positive this is a corner set right

Assuming they haven't switched up the pattern, then yes. It's always been a corner, then two.
