DJMace Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 Looks great. I'm pretty sure the small building is a haberdashery, which is a nice shop addition. The architecture style will clash a bit with the other modulars but there are a few sets it can pair well with. I'll probably place it near the petshop and townhouses. Excited to see more pics! Quote

Fenghuang0296 Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 Tudor Corner looks gorgeous. My only concern is that it’s so visually distinct from everything else in my city that I have no idea where I could put it that it won’t look out of place. Quote
Ogist Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 (edited) A truly excellent set. It reminds me of German buildings as well as England. The level of detail is outstanding. Edited November 19, 2024 by Ogist Quote
NewTown Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 I really, really hope this is real! Will be my new favourite modular if so. The GWP Newspaper Kiosk looks great too :) Quote
Westbrick Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 It sort of reminds me of one of the designs submitted to Lego ideas. I’m sure there was a pub recently? It is VERY British. I think it looks extremely fun to build but I agree with whoever made the point earlier about being tied geographicly so specifically, whereas the other Modulars could be anywhere. Quote

Honestly, I can't tell. But that makes a bit more sense to me, considering we've already seen a barbershop (Al's) in the 10246 Detective's Office set. Quote
BrickFit26 Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 I agree. Looks more like it says Haberdashery. Quote

It looks very German /European. So many details. One of the best modulars of recent years. I really love it. But as always I will wait for discount. Don't wanna pay fomo tax you know. BrickJohn Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 Is it me or does the style of the image doesn't resemble anything that LEGO normally produces? Quote

DimiNi Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 Best, Modular, Ever. From that first Picture, it just looks amazing. The details, the colors, the size. It looked like a Moc or something from other alternatives. Especially comparing this to the Jazz Club, wow..day and night. Quote

The guy outside has a scissors so obviously.... oh, that doesn't help either way :D I think with that outfit, he is more haberdasher than hairdresser. Anyways, I was probably buying this regardless but that one picture looks great. Much better than I'd imagined when the various rumours were going around. I love what they've done with the roof especially, dying to see better pictures of how it all fits together. Quote
karrit Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 I still haven't been able to make myself buy the Jazz Club. This one is a definite buy for me. Quote
Follows Closely Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 The 10350 Tudor Corner looks fabulious! The 3,266 pieces is a huge amount given it covers just one baseplate. I will absolutly be adding this as my 20th modular. Quote
hikouki Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 I just absolutely love this set! I cannot agree more with what was said before that it does not even look like something that Lego usually makes! Which to me is a good thing! I do not agree with people who are saying that this does not belong in this theme. What makes this exciting for me is that perhaps Lego will release some more European/ British-inspired modulars in the future - not necessarily in the modular line but under other themes. Or perhaps this will inspire a Bricklink set with similar design aesthetics. As it is, not all the modulars belong in the same street! Even taking out the Downtown Diner, not everything can harmoniously be placed side by side. To me, this set will start its own street!!! Quote
Robert8 Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 Violently british... But thats a good thing Cant wait to see more pics but its probably my favorite modular in long long time Quote

I remember the designer for the Corner Garage said something similar, that it was meant to start a new street or something like that. Quote
Blazej_Holen Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 I am still a little bit skeptical about whether it's legit or fake. I wish it to be true. Because if it is, I will definitely buy it and mod it to fit in my medieval town. This perfect, innovative way to approach a modular theme, and I am glad, they went that extra mile to make it busy and interesting at the same time. I am looking forward to more photos, especially of the backside of the building and interiors. Quote
ddavid Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 (edited) I really like the building, but I’d prefer if the top part was filled with brown instead of white, so it would look more broadly European and not specifically English Tudor. Whats is in the smaller establishment? A Hairdresser or a Tailor? We had both already - in the DO and JC, so it seems like a cop out… Edited November 20, 2024 by ddavid Quote
paupadros Posted November 20, 2024 Posted November 20, 2024 I'm actually impressed. First time I've been impressed with a modular in about 5 years. The blue building on the right seems a bit of a meh but the inn itself is absolutely stunning. The green wooden bit on the ground floor works really well with the brick. I also really like the tan windows on the brick floor. The half timbered tudor bit is bloody stunning with the red roof and on its own makes the set a classic. Quote
