I really liked the design of Bricked1980's Brick Square Post Office, but thought it would look too much out of place next to other modulars, because it is also VERY Brtitsh. But it wouldn't look out of place any more... ;-)

https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-22101/Bricked1980/brick-square-post-office/#details

I saw a reviewer on Youtube mentioning that it was quite expensive to part out though.

He spent a whopping 1100 pounds on parts!!!

I think the building looks great. My only gripe is the 1x2 grid tile used to represent ‘bacon’, which they did before. It doesn’t really look like bacon. Either print a regular 1x2 tile or don’t include bacon. Almost as bad as the ‘chick and the duck’ in the Friends apartment.

Or Lego would introduce a new bacon mold in CMF or City theme?

Has there been any modular MOC any of you guys have come across on Rebrickable that might look good beside this upcoming Tudor Corner?

Do you mean another than the one I mentioned above?

Old Town, Carpenter's Shop, Old English Townhouse, Village Square, Terraced Houses & Umbrella Store.

Thanks!!!

Tudor Corner looks like it might go really well with "Old Town", possibly Village Square.

Umbrella Store looks very British but seems a bit more modern.

I do have Carpenter's Shop already built and I love it!

Doesn't need a new mold, a simple printed 1x2 tile would do

Technically there's already one that could work pretty well courtesy of the Captain Jack Sparrow BrickHeadz: https://brickset.com/parts/6188441/flat-tile-1x2-no-194

Though if they wanted one for new sets they'd probably come up with a new print since that one only was used in one set 7 years ago.

I'm sorry but I disagree. Brick-built solutions deserve so much love. So many prints and stickers that could be omitted with some good design. It's LEGO after all!

I remember feeling so joyful to recognize that specific part as bacon when I was building Downtown Diner!

Bacon that chunky in proportion to the pancakes? I'd definitely be in for that!

I wouldn't mind seeing something like a 4-story modular released. Getting some height variation in the city would be great. A skyscraper would stick out a bit too much, imo. I agree that Lego should do some follow ups that match previous architecture styles so little neighborhood or street 'themes' can be built up. Like a French Quarter, for example.

Yes, maybe Skyscraper was too much from my side, but we didnt have anything close to the Town Hall Modular yet... at least that size maybe? Instead of using 1,5 base plates, just add a floor. That would give it a bit of variaty :)

For higher builings it would mean something like town apartments? maybe something new york style with fire  escape ?

I think a 4-story apartment does sound great with fire esape down one side!

Or a skyscraper that contains a lobby and restaurant at ground floo, 2nd and 3rd contain office cubes and meeting room and 4tth floor comes with CEO’s office (nod to Lego founder).

New and high-res images of the Tudor Corner are available on Reddit. Just search for the channel 'LegoLeak' and you will find them.

After seeing the images I'm not yet fully convicded about the looks of the interior.

Wow. So there is also a clock shop in the Tudor Corner too? I love those little pet spider prints or are they beetles?

It looks great. No complaints from me.

The things seem to be clear.

Time to look ahead for the 2026 Modular:

After I've seen the big watch at the fassade, I'd love a clocksmith/jewelery store. Maybe next to a post office or a hatter.

I love this old-fashioned style.

Call me a mentalist!

A clocksmith… 😍

And there are hats for sale at the haberdashery…

Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket tomorrow.

So far I have always been able to resist the modular series. There is only so much Lego I can afford and have space for but this years building looks amazing and I might be my first modular ill buy.

This looks great!

Still looks great to me. Would say so far the best Modular they have done. And actually surprised that it works quite well combined with the museum and the Jazzclub.

Every couple of years, Lego gives us a masterpiece like this, and the boutique hotel. They also give us duds like the JC. LOL

Can't wait to get my hands on this and build it. I also hope Lego would follow up with more British-inspired buildings to populate this street.

There is one photo taken from the left where you see the stairs and also the diagonal angle the bottom section has. I like what I'm seeing but just guessing how it would look like if you place a modular left of it and attached it to the wall/stairs.

Any comments on that?
