Regarding sets based on the LEGO games, it is a shame to say it but it is unlikely that many of the models and minifigures seen in the games will ever be realised, and even those that are will probably not be exactly as they were in the game. We can tell this much from how TLG is managing this theme so far.

^ And the other figure could be from GotG or Avengers 2. I hope not, as I have really wanted some of those figs.

I could see Yondu appearing in that format seeing as he was omitted from the sets :sceptic:

Or the collector. It could also be the only missing member of spidey's team white tiger. I don't think daredevil or punisher will be though. They have to much potential for sets.

I've been wondering about White Tiger and how they would pull off her head/hair. I'd certainly welcome any new female superhero.

Probably the same as that SW character, normal head, ponytail piece, maybe even that same piece.

And yes, i think we are going to get her next year in one of the Spidey sets, hopefully with Kraven.

White Tiger would have a new mold. I think that Sing's hairpiece is a good reuse for customs, but those ears she has are probably going to have to be represented on an official minifigure for it to pass Disney's expectations. The good thing about that is it means she could not be a comic-con exclusive, unless they planned to release her to the public anyway, of course. I know I'll be pretty disappointed if we do not see her next year....

Actually, if there are CC "exclusives" this year, I hope White Tiger is one, with that in mind. Kind of like Superman and Azog. I hope they have decided against actual exclusives (at least characters like Phoenix and Green Arrow) after all the controversy last year.

Well they could make a new little crown mold with ears instead of horns (the thingy darth maul has) so she can have them. That way you can still stick the hair piece in. It might work :sceptic:

If we get White Tiger I don't see why TLG would bother with the "ears", or why they would bother to make a new mould for the hairpiece when it is so similar to the Aurra Sing hairpiece. For the "ear", they're so small that no one is exactly likely to b concerned if they are ignored, and LEGO will consider it a waste of time to make a new mould for it.

True, it may be small, but what about people like Black Panther and (at a stretch) ol Hornhead Daredevil? Perhaps in the long run it would be a good idea to have that particular part, not to mention one with small wings for Cap and US(less) Agent.

While Lego may let it slide, Disney would probably not. Disney ultimately sets what they want Lego to do, and in this case if it's not similar enough in their opinion than they'd ask Lego to do something about it.

Given how horribly awry the Comicon exclusives went last year, I have a (bad?) feeling we might end up going without from now on.

Nope, I think they'll try a new way of doing it. Trust me, we haven't seen the last of 'em.

I wish they'd just sell them throughout the con.

I know it's a long shot to hope for LEGO to manage the SDCC exclusives in that manner, but we can always hope. Speaking of such, surely dealing with SDCC exclusives in that manner wold certainly make much more sense from a business standpoint, and would prevent the scalpers from selling the minifigures off for ridiculous sums of money. Either do that or simply use upcoming minifigures from the next wave as SDCC minifigures, similar to last year's Azog exclusive that was eventually released.

No, it won't be bad. Every comic-con minifigure will never be released.Azog was the only one released so far. Hopefully that means a yes to a Green Lantern.
