I'm sure Batman's costume in the Riddler Chase is based on Batman's costume in Beware the Batman after seeing this picture.

Isn’t it exciting that there are so many new LEGO® sets every year? It’s great to see you’re eagerly waiting and trying to find out about what we’ve planned for the future.

I'm sorry that I can’t tell you anything about Batman or X-Men at the moment. Something like that might be coming soon, but our new toys are always kept secret until they’re announced in the catalogue or on LEGO.com. That’s because it takes a long time to design and make new toys, and we sometimes need every minute until they hit the shelves to make them perfect. Besides... we look forward to surprising you!

Yeah... that's Lego. Thanks for trying to squeeze some info out of them though :)

I think the videogame is really overdoing the big figs. No way should Colossus be that big. Also all of this is diminishing Hulk's size completely.

I think this shows that LEGO needs to create a medium sized figure somewhere between Hulk and standard Minifigure size. That way characters like Colossus, KingPin and who ever elsewhere more accurate in size. I think something like Dogpound from TMNT would be good.

I'm sorry, I just don't understand your reasoning. The guy said "This is a new figure that will be out this year." If he meant in the game, he would probably have used "character" or "ability". Also after he said it, he kind of stopped himself and cut off his sentence. To me thos means that we will see the figure next year in a set and I'm excited for it.

I'm kinda split on this one. The reasons you stated makes me think he will be, but I still stand by my reasons. Then again, he is from the USM cartoon so it is very much plausible.

Only time will tell at this point.

With the USM goblin being DLC or a real fig, I think it makes more sense that we are seeing it next year. None of Spideys other villains shown use there USM appearance. Doc Ock doesn't and neither does normal Green Goblin. Plus from what the guy said it sounds like he will come out in a set next year. Most likely a set similar to the Hulk breakout set.

They have shown the USM Goblin in a demo for the game, don´t you think they would make a huge "and you can get him only by buying the villains character bundle for TWOHUNDREADFOURTY MICROSOFT POINTS" if that´s the case and not just mumble "he is available next year" into the mic?

It´s obviously a set, and it isn´t a secret announcement for ASM2 sets, it just tells us that they won´t stop making USM stuff.

BTW, to any of you watching USM, who would be more likely to be in a set with the Goblin: Power Man or that tiger girl? Or maybe both in the same set? Right now every set of USM includes a team member, spidey and some villain(s) and they probably want to cherish that tradition and release one or two USM sets next year to at least complete the main team.

I e-mailed Lego a couple of days ago and they have just recently replied to me. I wanted to know what you guys thought about how they replied to me, and if you think there is any tiny hints or anything like that at all in the e-mail they sent back. I basically asked them 'are we going to see an X-mansion or/and a Wayne Manor in the 2014 winter wave', and they replied with this... Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Thanks for... nothing?

I can tell you three: Thanos, Falcon, and the Winter Soldier.

Meeeeeh, I thought they wanted to do alternate costumes only.

They should have done a regular fig instead of big figs like Hulk in the first place. Just a regular minifig but bigger, like the keychain lights. Hulk, Rhino and Juggernaut all look just like regular actionfigures with a little more blocky feet and a dome head (which isn´t visible on Juggernaut).

I think people like Colossus and Kingpin work great as a regular fig already. Maybe give Colossus 1x1 plates and maybe do a new torso piece that looks like what Padmé had in the LSW game and everything would look like the characters but not deviate too much from the LEGO style.

Hopefully based on their MCU appearance. I hope we get Winter Soldier sets

I would prefer White Tiger, we need more female characters and in the show i like her alot, really care about her character after learning her tragic backstory. But power Man would work too. I would like ASM2 sets.

It's a stock reply to politely tell you that, "no, like every other company in the world, we will not tell you about unannounced products just because you e-mailed us." What should we think about this? Should we be outraged that they politely declined to divulge their next years product catalog, but thanked you for you interest? Just from looking at the reply it almost seems to be somewhat in context with your request, as they discuss Batman and Xmen sets. So you even scored a reply from a real human being (or a really really clever AI, which might be superior) Bonus! You win.

Could also be "We don't know much about it as you probably do" as well.

Since I know sometmes customer service doesn't know much about the product they sell, only bigger tech issues.

That's what I hate about companies: when they answer a legitimate request with a computerized "message for ___ occasion". That one seemed like a person wrote it (one of many reasons I have respect for LEGO), and to be honest, it makes a lot of sense that they would be evasive. The reveal to everyone in public with pictures makes for better discussion, anyway!

I watched Season 1 and I'd definitely say White Tiger's more prominent than Power Man.

True, but Power Man (or rather, Luke Cage) is far more prominent in the comic books.

I hope LEGO do less BigFigs. It diminishes the value of rarer BFs and are less like LEGO, more like AF.

I feel certain characters need to be big figs. While the Hulk promo was cool it was very inaccurate. Characters like Juggernaut, Abomination, Rhino, Blob even The Thing or Lizard depending on what artist/writer has been used in the comics. I would much rather see these big figures than see Rhino or Juggernaut as standard figures, personally I think they would look stupid. The Hulk promo fig when next to the rest of the Avengers looks like a joke. I'm positive that the only reason Colossuss and King pin are big figs in the game is to give more variety. If your playing the game and have to keep using hulk for certain sections it will get repetitive. Also I don't think having more big figs diminishes anything. If anything it shows that LEGO want to make sure certain Characters look right and don't look ridiculous.

I thought more along the lines of which of them had more interactions with the Goblin. As far as I know Daily Bugle and Doc Ocks lair are directly based on episodes and aren´t a random blunder of figures from the same show like The Clone Wars sets. So chances for an episode based set are 2 to 1.

Both of them have the same, but Goblin did break Power Man's arm in the season finale. I would expect Tiger though as they would want to break it up and give some variaty

I don't mind bigfigs. They need to be bigger to get an accurate representation. Hulk is about 2-3x a human's size, so the bigfig works for him. I would say anyone that is Hulk's size would need a bigfig.

I really want a Hulk. Hopefully I'll buy one soon off the Internet. Do you think they'll make a Red Hulk anytime soon?

Probably not unless he shows up in a movie or TV show. (Although a big fig exclusive giveaway would be kind of neat.)

He's in the "Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H." cartoon that starts this August (along with A-Bomb, She Hulk and Skaar), so it's always possible.

Maybe but I can't see LEGO taking on more Marvel properties at the moment. I know they Own the rights but they are already making: Marvel Cinematic Universe sets

X-men Sets

USM sets

And possibly Amazing Spider-man sets.

The Cinematic stuff is quite a lot already, Thor, Cap and GotG.

They are over doing the Big Figs. The Hulk, Blog, and Juggernaut are all good. Colossus is wrong. I am not familiar enough with The Rhino to know. I doubt we will see all of them in plastic though.
