Well, we will have a set with USM Goblin. But carnage had less than five minutes of screen time in the show.

I didn't see the episode, I just saw a few images of him. That's a damn shame -_- Carnage would make for an interesting minifig. The USM Goblin isn't all that great, I get they were going for his Ultimate Coimics appearance but they made it way too technical. Still, he might be an alright maxifig. Is it set in stone that he'll appear in a set or is it just hearsay thus far?

All I can say is that I'd prefer the classic Goblin from the game. The USM one is more goblin-like, but it is awful in how ugly and different it is from his other designs. I know I'll pass up the (possible) set with the USM Green Goblin unless it has redeeming qualities like a good USM figure.

Hi can anyone from the UK help with a Iron Patriot question, what is the cheapest way for me to buy it. Im guessing it will be cheaper to get the game and sell it on at cex or some place than to buy it of ebay. Its £23.99 for the Nintendo 3DS and £34.19 for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U. It would be great to not pay too much for it as Im not really a big spender on one mini fig.

Goblin kidnaps Parker and turns him into Carnage, and sends him to kill Spidey and his team. But Harry commands the symbiote to come back to him and he becomes Venom again. This all happens within Five minutes of the episode.

People believe he is in a set, cuz of Aurther's ball dropping. I would like Carnage in a set, he is so cool looking in the show.

I actually like USM Goblin, he's supposed to be ugly and different, that's the point, in the Ultimate comics he's mutated into a goblin like creature. I hope it will have Spidey, White Tiger, Goblin, another Spider villian (Lizard or Electro) maybe Harry or MJ

I don't see them making a set for USM Goblin and not giving him a brick built glider to ride on. That's one of the most redeeming factors to this version of the Goblin, he is kind of a mix of classic comic Gobby and USM, in my opinion.

That is how Rhino looks in Amazing Spider-Man. It is setting up things for the third movie.

First pic is Rhino in suit without CGI added, but it looks like he will be some kind of mech like in the Ultimate comics.

Second pic is Rhino before getting his suit, seemingly a regular russian gangster. I hope he uses that truck that he was driving in a bunch of other pics a number of times in the film so it maybe gets at least an acceptable set.

Btw. all pics are months old and were already posted here before.

Seeing that pic of Spidey and Electro makes me even more hopeful for ASM2 sets. I hope that the presence of USM won't rule out any potential sets for the movie

I'm hoping there will only be one USM set (the one that Goblin is apparantly in) in January along with a couple of other Marvel ones and then ASM2 sets in March/April.

I've been thinking about sets based on ASM2, and I did a little research. Disney bought back the merchandising rights to the character shortly before the release of the first ASM...which probably kept the current deals in place for that film. Now that Disney/Marvel have a contract with LEGO, I wouldn't be surprised to see sets based on the new movie. I also wouldn't be surprised if we didn't get any sets either. Spidey is my favorite super hero so I'm trying not to get my hopes super high...but they are. :)

Edit: I'm not sure if the SDCC exclusive fig is a good sign or not.

Is it wrong to hope more for a classic green and yellow Electro fig, than a fig of Jamie Foxx spray painted silver? (Rust-o-leum! It'll cover anything!) I just think the classic 4 color comic colors seem to work so much better as Minifigs than the attempts at more subdued live action coloring.

I'm with you. I brought this up in the MCU, costumes. I don't get why they do this kind of crap? Sure, Foxx's Electro looks cool and all, but that is not Electro, in my eyes. I just wish they'd make ALL comic characters as they should be. This Electro isn't like an alternate universe(Ultimates or such), is he?

He seems to be based on the Ultimate Electro (Earth-1610).

The SDCC could be a good sign. I mean, just look at 2011 with the Batman, Green Lantern and Superman figures. One of them was thrown into a set later that very same year. So, there's hope yet (but I wouldn't have too much, I'm still waiting on that X-men set with the Phoenix minifigure that was at SDCC 2012)!
