Mohawk'd Storm is probably most attractive to those of us 35yo+. It's how she was introduced to us. I would be very, very surprised (pleasantly) if she were to ever make an appearance in LEGO form, however.

Also, anyone who thinks controlling weather is a boring power is just plain wrong.

Word my brother!

As to those SH shorts, they're pretty cool. I love the Batman one the best, it was kinda funny! You should see the Black Friday one!

First that's incredibly sexist. :sceptic:

Second, Storm with a Mohawk? Hell no.

Not sexist at all. I have two sons and they do not play with female minifigs. With the exception of Wildstyle. The only reason I have a Black Widow in my collection is because my kids never played with her. If you have ever been around boys playing with Lego the majority do not play with the female minifigs. I'm talking about Lego's target age group not use man-children.

When I was a kid, my female action figures held special value, since there just weren't many of them. I agree that most boys probably don't play with them...but many do, I'd imagine?

I have to say, Storm should've either had anew custom hairpiece that fit her iconic look, or the mohawk. That hair really makes her look generic and boring honestly. Sadly they don't make enough solid white hair for us to fix that for ourselves somehow.

That Batman one was neat! Although seeing old Alfred made me a little sad that they haven't made a new Alfred. The Iron Man one was cute. I was really hoping that Superman's phone booth would turn out to look like a TARDIS, but oh well. (speaking of which, that Doctor Who project on Cuusoo sure sprung up quick. I guess Whovians are a little more dedicated to these things than comic book fans, for the most part. Or maybe there're just more Whovians. Who knows.)

I saw the little shorts myself and yeah, they're cute, but my favorite's honestly the Iron Man short. It's funny, heartwarming, and adorable, and awesome all at once, plus the little minifig's "homemade" Iron Man suit is extremely cute. That said, Batman and Superman's shorts were nice too, since Supes had that Lego vibe in rebuilding the phonebooth for him to change, but the Batman one was a little weak and again, a little sad that we've yet to get a new Alfred.

Storm with mohawk is a recent look. In the new comics (Wolverine and the X-men) she has a mohawk. Wolverine helped her with it (volume 5).

On the cover of 'the battle of the atom' you can see it as well.

Storm with long hair is good enough for me.

The point I made was that since Wolverine and Magneto both had hair and their respective headgear, I thought it might be nice if Storm had an alternate mohawk piece for those who prefer that look.

The only reason for a hairpiece is wearing a mask/helmet. I don't see Storm wearing a helmet or a mask . Terrible joke. I see your point. Is there a Lego set with a minifigure who has two hairpieces? Till now it has been a hairpiece and a helmet.

Perhaps a special minifigure (polybag) with Storm having a mohawk.

Who the frick cares if storm has a Mohawk or not! My gosh you guys get over it!

(Whew) Thats better!

Sorry, our bad. We didn't clear our conversation topic with you. Won't happen again. Wait...who are you?

The 4-minute trailer for Cap 2 has me pretty hyped. I can't imagine they would make sets for the film and not include the other titular character than CA...here's hoping, anyway.

Isn't Storm's face double sided? It may have not looked great with the Mohawk then. This is an easy fix as consumers but for TLG they may have traded the Mohawk for a double sided head which makes some sense to me. The Mohawk is highly divisive (which we have seen) and a double sided face is a selling point for some people. Just my thoughts on one reason why we may not have gotten a Mohawk version.

But they aren't making sets for the film.

It's not your responsibility to halt conversations. Please refrain from doing so.

And let's not have this type of behavior, either, thank you.

Anyone reckon that winter soldier might be a polybag that comes with the DVD with pre-ordering the DVD online or instore

That would be awesome.

That's what I'm sayin.

I'm hoping he'll show up as a Shop@Home promotion like Martian Manhunter.
