Sam892 Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 Another Superman? Guess not, because the new movie + sets got pushed away one year, plus Superman has already been an exclusive. There's been a Superman/ superman villain every year. Preview superman Bizzaro Black suit superman So another Superman villain like cyborg Superman wouldn't be to impossible. Quote
Cammo Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 My guess is The Flash but with the new series outfit. Quote
Super Goblin Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 If cyborg Superman is an exclusive I will lose my mind. Quote
Ezekiel2517 Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 (edited) I remember somebody saying that there could be a set with Batman, Green Lantern, and Scarecrow (since he was only released in Arkham Asylum, like Penguin). It makes sense since GL's weakness is the color yellow which is fear. Edited July 20, 2014 by Ezekiel2517 Quote
KCMatze Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 Well Scarecrow was released in the old set 7786, too. But I wouldn't mind that set, as I do not own a Scarecrow figure, it's really expensive! There's been a Superman/ superman villain every year. Preview superman Bizzaro Black suit superman So another Superman villain like cyborg Superman wouldn't be to impossible. Okay you are kind of right, but we have already gotten preview Superman in a set, Bizarro is technically not Superman, more a villain of him. And the black suit is the one excluse we have (so far). Cyborg Superman would be an option, but I don't think it will be him (just a feeling!). Quote
slugdude Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I think comic Ultron, Scarlet Witch, or Quicksilver are likely exclusives as Lego will want to build up hype for Avengers 2. Although I hope not because I want moar X-men. Quote
TheBuoyWonder Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I've already said that I think it'll be black canary so there's my bet. Quote
Moon_Knight Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I hope it's not Hank Henshaw! He's one of my favorite Supes villains. Quote
K-Nut Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I think comic Ultron, Scarlet Witch, or Quicksilver are likely exclusives as Lego will want to build up hype for Avengers 2. Although I hope not because I want moar X-men. We know that the last fig will most likely be a DC fig, so these won't work. I also don't think they'd do these anyways seeing as AoU sets have been confirmed for next year and these figs are likely to be included. Unless there's a variant costume for them we haven't seen yet. I've already said that I think it'll be black canary so there's my bet. I wouldn't be surprised if this were true. Lego seems to like to make a JLA fig every year for Comic-con (GL, Shazam, Green Arrow). It many not be a Canary fig (though she's been exposed lately with Arrow), but I'm guessing some JLA fig. agoodfella77 Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 For Spiderman, I'm hoping for some from the Web Warriors season. Maybe an Agent Venom or an Iron Spider. If there is another SDCC Spider-Man variant, this would at least be consistent. They've rewarded the lucky few with 2 different Spidey variants in as many years (Symbiote and ASM2). Meanwhile, 99.99% of loyal LEGO Marvel fans get to enjoy 8 straight sets with the same ultimate Spider-Man minifigure -- absolutely no variants. Huh? This is the problem I have with the SDCC exclusives -- it's almost like a weird FU to virtually their entire customer base, I just don't get it. I mean don't get me wrong, I understand the need to create buzz, promotion, the initial exclusivity. But this problem could easily be solved by rotating the SDCC figures into future sets -- even if it is a year or two later. Quote
Ezekiel2517 Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 (edited) for sets we could get any of these: http://x.annihil.us/u/prod/marvel/i/mg/9/c0/539f7df251fe0.jpg Edited July 20, 2014 by Ezekiel2517 Quote
8BrickMario Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 A set with Scarecrow would be great, and I hope that, like Penguin, it would be slightly different. I would also want him to have a vehicle. I already have Arkham, but I would totally get a set if it had both Scarecrow and GL. Quote

To somehow tie it to the game, they would probably be in space.( Kinda like the Riddler set but instead of cars, spaceships.) Quote
TheLegoExperience Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I would like a Scarecrow/Green Lantern set. Hopefully Scarecrow will get a biplane! Quote
Ashnflash Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 Ya I that was one of the only sets I missed last time around! Quote
_epicster_ Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I was just thinking about buying the old biplane or arkham, as I don't own a scarecrow and he's one of my favorites (aside from Two-face of course). GL would complete my founding members of JLA so i'm in! Maybe a Batman variant, i think a "fear toxin" batman or maybe an Arkham games variant (with the new game coming out in 2015 and scarecrow being a main villain) Quote

Rinzler Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I gonna guess The Atom, he has a recurring spot on Arrow so I'm betting they'll try to keep him in the public eye Quote

TheBatstan Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 If Lego does do a $20 set of Scarecrow, GL and Bats, he would need a vehicle (again) if Scarecrow gets his biplane remake but what could it be? We already had another Batwing and a new Batcopter just in the newest wave, any ideas? Quote

TheBatstan Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 Well $20 seems fit for only one vehicle, a $30 set should suffice. Quote
SMC Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 so lego we want a £20 set with Scarecrow his biplane, GL and Batman not more rare exclusives we will never see let alone own Quote
