Kez Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Hothbricks found this topic on Bricklink forums. There's a leaked Batgirl figure it seems like: They also have a yellow skinned Batman in the clothing from the Riddler Chase set, which may mean it's a prototype. Very interesting. And, they also have a 2014 Nindroid, which JUST leaked, and adds a bit of validity. This is all too confusing. Gosh she looks great, I'm loving that new headpiece, thanks for the picture. Maybe she is the un identified hero in the steam roller set. I wonder which set the green lantern will appear in, perhaps a later released wave. Quote
Sam892 Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 That Batgirl figure looks great. I'm guessing she comes with a cape in the set. Also it's great to see a masked hero who doesn't have the white band across the top of the head. That white band really limits the parts use outside of that figure. Quote

That's probably why they were testing it with the new head. Here's why I think these are real: - Batgirl seems like a fitting set in the rumored Joker Steamroller set - The Batman is in the same attire as the 2014 Batman at SDCC - The Nindroid has the same printing as the ones the JUST leaked - The user who has them is in the Czech Republic, where early figures usually leak due to the LEGO factories there Quote
CM4Sci Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Wow, that's AWESOME! I know someone who will love this! Not too keen on her torso, looks really detailed for the Super Heroes theme. I'm not saying they should all look simplistic, but it's gold. -Sci Quote
Freddy Bricker Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 I'm so excited Lego is finally releasing a batgirl fig. Her hair piece is great, but her printing seems weird to me for some reason. Quote

Either that or the Green Lantern rumor is wrong. And i love the gold taking place of the the yellow on her New 52 costume Quote

Ceroknight Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Batgirl looks fantastic! Just as I imagined her! Quote
Sam892 Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 (edited) There is no Green Lantern rumor, right? Link? If I remember on the all about bricks website, at the end of the Marvel + DC lists it said something along the lines of one of my sources also confirms there will definitely be a green lantern fig in 2014. Edit: Just been to the Eumour list on the site and can't see it, but I remember seeing it elsewhere. I'll have to look at some off the previous pages. Edit 2: Here we go it was on Brick fanatics http://brickfanatics.co.uk/lego-2014-rumor-mill-super-heros-update/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+brickfanatics+%28Brick+Fanatics%29 Edited September 29, 2013 by Sam892 Quote
SoupOrFishOil Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Batgirl, whose baby are you.... Wow, that's AWESOME! I know someone who will love this! -Sci It's me, right? I'm really excited to finally get Batgirl. Babs is one of my favorite characters, and I love that minifigure. I can't remember the last time I was this excited for one. I'll admit that she looks a bit strange (New 52 goes a little over the top), but I can over look any tiny faults. I'm just so happy. There is something strange about the hands. It looks like the ironman hands. Because they are gold? Quote

just2good Posted September 30, 2013 Author Posted September 30, 2013 (edited) Edit 2: Here we go it was on Brick fanatics http://brickfanatics...Brick Fanatics) Oh yes, totally forgot about that! I'm sure he'll either be in a Special Edition set or maybe even a LEGO Movie set. Edited September 30, 2013 by just2good Quote
Mr. Elijah Timms Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 (edited) She does indeed look pretty good. Certainly makes the SteamRoller seem more appealing. Wonder who else we might get from the good guy dept.? Edited September 30, 2013 by Mr. Elijah Timms Quote

Wonder who else we might get from the good guy dept.? Didn´t the original list include a mention of a red figure in either Man-Bats set or the Steamroller? I bet it will be another Tim Drake Robin like last years or New 52 Nightwing. Quote
adotnamedstud Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Wait. So if The LEGO Movie has DC characters in it could that be the reason why we are seeing more marvel sets? So They can have new DC heroes in the LEGO Movie sets!? Quote
TheLegoDr Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Put me down for two of her. She's gorgeous . My daughter is going to freak! Now we just need a Super Girl and shell be set. It sounds like next year will have some great sets all around. Poor bank account. Quote

The movie does have DC heroes in it, so it very well could be a reason we're seeing more Marvel, as LEGO might slip a few DC heroes in the sets. I'm not sure if they can (legally), but if they can, why not? Quote

So They can have new DC heroes in the LEGO Movie sets!? Maybe, it seems at least Batman plays a large part in the movie, from the trailer. You can also see Wonder Woman, Superman and a new Green lantern whose design is new. He doesn't look like either the Comic con or LEGO Batman 2 design. Maybe that's why in the Brick fanatics rumour list, the guy can confirm a Green lantern figure but Cannot talk about it any futher. Legally they should be able to, as Warner Bros is making the film and I believe they own DC. Edited September 30, 2013 by Sam892 Quote

8BrickMario Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 (edited) Batgirl is awesome! The hairpiece is perfect, the printing's okay, but slightly too detailed. GL I'm indifferent to, but Barbara's hair/mask piece is just perfectly designed! The DC SH theme really has some of the best designed minifigures. Edited September 30, 2013 by 8BrickMario Quote
CardinalBricks Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 So we've got Robinhood in Mario Kart, a McDonald's toy, and some guy in a Flash costume, huh Quote
