Beautiful. Must-buy for me.

Also, is there a link to the guy's flickr page who posted these? I'd love to know the original source. :classic:

They do look really nice but how the heck will all of these fit in my Detolf cabinet :/

Original source is Fedro Photo's! :sweet:

Thanks Fedro... If you're out there.

Thanks for the Lego Movie pics, J2G!

Space Wyldstyle has a blue hood! Not quite the Dark Blue I was hoping for, but I can make it work.

Those classic space logos look printed to me which is a big plus. No-one tell me I'm wrong, please...

Glorious! :cry_happy:

The Dropship is very nicely detailed. However the star is Benny's Spaceship, that thing is legendary.

Johnny Thunder has back printing!

Wow those all look amazing. It's a shame Metalbeard's Sea Cow wasn't there though

Wow. Coooooool! Did we get prices?

Look at the little ship that comes with Benny's! Are there confirmed prices on these yet? I'd like to get ahold of the Mech and Dropship.

Wow, these sets are so great, I think I'll get over no Cloud Cuckoo Land, that is because what we did see of it was so great, and these are even better! Thanks for the images everybody, I especially love Angry-Kitty! Oh the printing on that kitty can choke a CMF! Also loving the detail in the Police Dropship and if I'm not careful, might even have to buy it.

I just noticed how much the Dropship looks like the Coruscant Police Gunship... Possible inspiration?

Fantastic!! I'm now super pumped for these things!! Can't wait for the to come out!

:wub_drool: :wub_drool: :wub_drool:

Oh wow. And those *are* little robots in the back! Also, also, Angry Kitty!

Oh, my goodness. I must have them. I simply must.

I am half-inclined to pronounce The LEGO Movie the Greatest. Theme. Ever.

Registering for a $12 membership and paying $10+ for a movie ticket for the DJ isn't worth it. Especially if the member has company and only the member gets one figure. :hmpf_bad: I really hope they'll give out minifigures for each person of the member's party, but I just know it'd be too good to be true. I definitely want multiples of Pyjama Emmet!

I see a lot of posts here about people not wanting to have to pay for a Stubs membership. Am I the only EBer who already has one? My fiancée and I have shared one for years, and it's been great. Of course, we go to the movies at our local AMC often enough to make it worth it, but it absolutely has been. I do expect that my fiancée and I will each be able to get a DJ from buying our tickets, but I'll be sure to post here once we've gone that weekend...

So is Cloud Cuckoo Palace going to be the low-cost breakout set of the series? I'm noticing fewer of them in stores and wondering if the kids will snap it up as a cheap way of getting Emmet, Wyldestyle, and Unikitty in one set. The Target near me had one left; the Wal-Mart near me didn't have any. I'm wondering if I should get it now before it vanishes (shades of 2013's Advent Calendars!).

Man... These reports of sets on clearances, and now this? Jeez, the whole theme's been out a month. I can't believe it's going away already (especially with the actual movie still not even out yet). I would certainly think (and hope!) most or all of the retail sets will be around a while, but what do I know?

I don't know that it's going away already, as I still see plenty of TLM sets on the shelf. It's just that *that* set seems to be in short supply. Of course, I wonder if we'll see sets start to sell out when the movie is actually released. The kids are going to love this movie, and when they see it in a store....

I've been a Regal member for years now, but I never been a Stubs member, however my friend has a Stubs card so I'm going to see the movie with him and hopefully our whole party will get Robot DJs (and then grab Pajama Emmet too). :classic: Here's hoping you get DJs when you go!

Uhmm... the minifigures reminded me, the reason why I wasn't that interested in the scenario of the Dropship is that there is no female representive master builder in this set (and probably no in this entire movie story. Wonder Woman doesn't count if Batman is the major DC representive.)

But that's the historical problem of Lego itself, whose heroines are not the leading roles. The only exception is that there could have been a representive from Friends. But still, this ship is absolutely a masterpiece.

Here's a display for the sets including a real life model of Cloud Cuckoo Land:

Pretty nifty.

Wow, it could have been better if TLG came up with a larger set that features this land.

Wyldstyle is a master builder.. As is Unikitty. And I'm sure we'll get more!

What about Ms Scratchin Post??

The Major Character in the film!

Not entirely sure if this is a spoiler, but Emmet has a last name. It's 'Brickowski' so his name is Emmet Brickowski.

Does Emmet have a exclusive faceprint in the Mech set? Seems like it:

The point should be the protagonists in Lego's history. Even if the newly-added masters such as the protagonists or Queen Marsha from CMF side are regarded as "veterans" in this movie, they're still "rookies" in physical Lego history. I don't think they count unless Queen Marsha or Wyldstyle are going to have their own action line after TLM ends. IMO, the themes that really features leading heroines are the girls-oriented themes, such as Belvilel and Friends.
