Freddy Bricker Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 So does that mean we won't be getting Green Lantern? I hope we don't, since I didn't like the SDCC version, and it was based off of a movie, a terrible terrible movie. SO hopefully we can get a comic based Lantern in 2015, which is extremely unlikely since this is the last year Lego can focus on comic based sets for the justice league before having to make movie versions (which will, for obvious reasons, stop them from releasing comic based versions of the characters) and I bet the only non-movie sets in 2015 will be Batman sets, all repeats, with at most 2 new characters (probably killer croc since he already appeared in the Batman line, and Lego hates putting new minifigures in DC sets). Ugh I hate Lego DC, hope I wasn't too off topic. But I do have one on-topic question: What are the official prices for the sets? Quote
just2good Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 What are the official prices for the sets? Which sets? The Summer ones? Well, we only have the official Hungarian prices for them. Quote
Freddy Bricker Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Which sets? The Summer ones? Well, we only have the official Hungarian prices for them. That's great, because I plan on moving to Hungary very soon! - Says the liar. Quote
Faefrost Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Does Metalbeard's Ship count as one of the 17 sets? I think it might since it's part or the regular numbering, which is disappointing because that means there are no more sets to reveal. So no Batwing, sadly. Either way, it's fine I guess, since we're getting all these awesome homages. Edit: 200th post! They probably cannot make Batman specific sets or put any of the licensed characters in the Movie toys due to the various license complexities. Or it's just not worth the effort and cost when they have their own sets using the same figs sitting right next to them on the shelf. Quote
ResIpsaLoquitur Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 If you need a Batman, try tracking down this polybag. It's the same costume he's wearing in the movie. Quote
Zachattacx Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Got the Melting Room yesterday. Needless to say, these sets are pretty fun! Really did enjoy the Melting Room. Quote
Sir Brickalot Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Does anyone know if The Flying Flusher is a S@H Exclusive? Because it's not with the other 2in1 builds on the instruction ads. Quote
legoIgor123 Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Don't know if this has already been said but there is going to be an exclusive Emmit minifigure with the video fame if you preorder it. Quote
jonwil Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 The Flying Flusher set is likely exclusive to a specific retailer which would be why its not in the instruction booklets (often those ads dont include the sets that are exclusive to a specific retailer) Quote
SMC Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Not sure if its been posted before but brickset have pictures of 2 poly bags, sorry on my phone so can't post pictures/link. The robot cop looks great and if this is a freebie in the UK I will pick up as many as I can. Quote

SMC Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Thanks there the ones, love the second one good army builder Quote
Captain Nemo Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 They look ok. I do wish that the police one came with the swat style vest, since it would be great if those were in more sets. Quote
JeagerEX Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I think the Micro Manager polybag will be a Toys R US exclusive and a Super Secret Police Enforcer will be Walmart? Quote
Yooha Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Two more new polybags for The LEGO Movie- 30282 Super Secret Police Enforcer (includes a Super Secret Police guy) and 30281 Micro Manager Battle (includes Wyldstyle). Should anyone interested, I made a digital version from the Super Secret Police Enforcer according to the parts list and the picture on Brickset. (the micro manager is not that interesting for me) Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I think the Micro Manager polybag will be a Toys R US exclusive and a Super Secret Police Enforcer will be Walmart? I think it will be the exact opposite. Quote
sj1984 Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 i'm really loving the look of the Lego movie sets, Wyldstyle is a great figure i have to have! Quote
PenPlays Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Taking an LDD stab at what Micro Manager Battle will look like: Let me guess, the polybags below? Are you psychic? (Good job!) Really liking these polybags. The Super Secret Police one is an excellent army builder. Quote
Lego Spy Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I think it will be the exact opposite. Great, because I'm attempting to collect all the Super Secret Police sets, and as SMC said, 30282 looks like a great army builder. Quote
Piranha Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 They probably cannot make Batman specific sets or put any of the licensed characters in the Movie toys due to the various license complexities. Or it's just not worth the effort and cost when they have their own sets using the same figs sitting right next to them on the shelf. Batman will come in the Police Dropship and possibly Green Lantern too. From a few pages back. Although the green minifig might just be the green Ninja. Quote
Lego Spy Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 This may have been established already, but I saw Flash in a trailer this morning. Quote
ResIpsaLoquitur Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Are you psychic? (Good job!) Ha! I was pretty close. Quote
JeagerEX Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I went to my local walmart yesterday morning and they have only the ff sets below: Melting Room Trash Chomper Ice Cream Machine Castle Cavalry and Metalbeard Duel Sadly, no Getaway Glider, Cuckoo Cloud Palace, Super Cycle Chase, Lord Business Lair, Flying Flusher and the CMF series yet. Maybe they might have them next week. Quote
DannyRww Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I had to order Lord Business' lair online from walmart as all the stores in the area do not carry it.. I also have to wait until Jan. 15th for it to ship site to store :( Bought the Batman set with the Flash to tide me over... Quote
Lego Spy Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 (edited) I believe I'll be making a large Leg.com purchase, consisting entirely of The Lego Movie sets! Super Cycle Chase, Cloud Cuckoo Palace, and Melting Room. Edited January 5, 2014 by Lego Spy Quote
