BlueberryWaffles Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 I think it is designed so that you don't have to take apart the Managers, just the transforming vehicle. Quote
Clone OPatra Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 That's why there are three booklets: the first is the micromanager, while the other two are what you can decide to do with the rest of the parts. I guess I never wrote that explicitly in my reviews that you don't take apart the micromanager, but it is shown in each 2-in-1 review with both models. Quote
Freddy Bricker Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Agh, I'd kill for that Emmet! -Sci *Dies* Quote
Freddy Bricker Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 I still don't have it! -Sci Neither do I, but I have the CMF Series 6 Sleepyhead, so I consider myself to be "close enough" Quote
Ikkad555 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Unikitty and Wyldstyle tag team? It looks to be a Batsub with patch-ups by Uni-Kitty and Wyldstyle. Or maybe just Wyldstyle, since she -is- Batman's girlfriend. Quote
Churchill Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 If anyone wants the spoiler, the answer is in the DK book. Quote
LegendsOfNinjago Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 If anyone wants the spoiler, the answer is in the DK book. I hat thy book...I read it and I was Mad about my choice. Quote
Doom2099 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 (edited) Hey is that SeaTron in your avatar? Yes it is! Finding pictures in a thread about Seatron here on Eurobricks is one of the reasons I signed up for the forum! Edited January 13, 2014 by Doom2099 Quote
malleable Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 (edited) One of the DK Lego movie books shows this: Which I'm guessing would be a second wave set. According to the junior novelization of the movie, it plays a pretty big part. Good news for mech builders, I'd say. Edited January 12, 2014 by malleable Quote
CM4Sci Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 That view is a lot better. I still would've preferred the triangle-ish crane parts, Thanks for the pic! -Sci Quote
Lego Spy Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 The Construction Mech has really grown on me. Darn it! Now three sets from the summer wave that I need! Quote
Brickadiergerard Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 The Construction Mech has really grown on me. Darn it! Now three sets from the summer wave that I need! Yep, grown on me too. Massive temptation to get it and try and make it into something a bit Transformersy. Quote
Shushen Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Its cool, and it almost looks like its on rollerskates. Quote
badbob001 Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 The alarm clocks aren't as good as the usual ones :( How so? They look like the same design as all the other LEGO minifigure clocks. Quote
Lyichir Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 I wish there were a Lord Business alarm clock. Like, legs and all. It'd be like a freaking grandfather clock. Quote
Freddy Bricker Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 The Construction Mech has really grown on me. Darn it! Now three sets from the summer wave that I need! Same here, though the robo-machine thingy will have to wait until 2015 until I even consider buying it. Quote
JeagerEX Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Is Batman skin will be yellow in the Dropship set? Because I saw his appearance from this game that his skin is yellow instead of flesh. Quote
Lyichir Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Is Batman skin will be yellow in the Dropship set? Because I saw his appearance from this game that his skin is yellow instead of flesh. ...Odd. But I doubt it'll be yellow, as it's not even yellow in the movie itself. I wonder why it's like that in this shot... perhaps Batman was going to be yellow in early stages of production? Quote
Faefrost Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Is Batman skin will be yellow in the Dropship set? Because I saw his appearance from this game that his skin is yellow instead of flesh. Doubtful. They seemed to mix up the fleshies and lemonheads in the movie trailers. Maybe at some point it is someone else wearing the Batman suit? Quote
jodawill Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I haven't seen anyone mention it. Has anyone noticed that Benny is in the pirate ship set? Quote
Lego Spy Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I haven't seen anyone mention it. Has anyone noticed that Benny is in the pirate ship set? *snip* I think it was mentioned, but not really discussed. Quote
LegendsOfNinjago Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 To me it's still worth it to buy the Spaceship spaceship spaceship, even if the sea cow is a beaut! Quote
Dorayaki Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 (edited) So here he comes. Here is a simple comparison between the two different DJs. Obviously the new DJ is based on the CMF DJ's hairpiece in different color. I can't remember he's clothes and pants prints are new or not (both are different from the CMF DJ). I personally think both are not "hip" enough as a DJ character, though maybe I'm wrong. A back shot. Both have no back prints, though the CMF DJ at least has three colors. A photo without hairpiece. It seems like other SWAT robos have the same face so it's not a new one as same as his CMF companions. Here is an unclear photo of the package. It mentions that this fig is made in Chima, uh, China. Finally, here's the answer to the hair color. Edited January 14, 2014 by Dorayaki Quote
Doom2099 Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I haven't seen anyone mention it. Has anyone noticed that Benny is in the pirate ship set? No I didn't! Another reason to get the Sea Cow, as if a 2500 3 storey pirate ship wasn't enough. I guess they'll want to use the mold for his helmet in more than one set. But to be honest, I would prefer more classic spacemen in white, red, yellow or black instead. People who buy sets for Benny will almost certainly have their money already set aside for his cnew lassic spaceship. Quote
