July 20, 201311 yr It's pretty obvious this is a set based off of ROTS, but why does Gree appear to have a clone wars phase 2 clone helmet? Are they using it for all phase 2 clones now?
July 20, 201311 yr It is pretty similar to what he has in the movie: So maybe TLG just decided to cut costs and go with the same printings.
July 20, 201311 yr It is pretty similar to what he has in the movie: [snip] So maybe TLG just decided to cut costs and go with the same printings. I see, well I never thought the clone wars phase 2 design was bad, I just figured they would change it for episode 3. But to me the figure looks amazing.
July 20, 201311 yr I guess the 2014 packaging will probably use this: http://www.toyhypeus...da-packaged.jpg Ooh, I quite like that design! Even better than the 2005 design! And yes, I think the return to the orange logo seems to be another sign that this will be a very ROTS focused wave.
July 21, 201311 yr I really like the new AT-AP. I missed the first and the fact that it has a new Gree and a new Wookiee makes it that much more appealing to me.
July 21, 201311 yr The new AT-AP looks better than the old one, but I still think Lego could have done a better job with it. Here's hoping for better sets in the winter!
July 21, 201311 yr Be interesting to see what other ROTS sets we get if more than the 1 shown, not too sure what other sets they could do, although I would love a jsf from this movie as a UCS set. More wookies would also be nice, I think an upgrade of Grevious' wheel bike would be nice, wookie flyer too for that matter, perhaps a sith fighter from TOR.
July 21, 201311 yr maybe they could make a movie accurate grevious. Edited July 21, 201311 yr by legocaptainrexfan
July 21, 201311 yr Hi, one question about the walker, approximately in England will it be about £70.00?
July 21, 201311 yr Hi, one question about the walker, approximately in England will it be about £70.00? I believe so
July 21, 201311 yr I think it will be £59.99 like the Rancor Pit I believe so Hi, it may be priced between £60.00-£70.00 but if not as Lance said probably £59.99 Edited July 21, 201311 yr by Tariq j
July 21, 201311 yr This set seems rather expensive for effectively 2 new sculpts. Still will pick it up just wish it would be a little cheaper.
July 22, 201311 yr This set seems rather expensive for effectively 2 new sculpts. Still will pick it up just wish it would be a little cheaper. Once this set comes on Amazon they may have it for a cheaper price, if not if Lego has a sale (very unlikely) they may have this for a cheaper price.
July 22, 201311 yr I never got the first set and I'll probably never get this one- it's just too expensive especially with LOTR around. Wookie would be nice to have though... Edited July 23, 201311 yr by Mutant Orc
July 22, 201311 yr The AT-AP looks really good and a lot bigger than the previous one but, since I already have the old one this will be a pass. The real selling points of this set is the new clone and wookie and i dont think I will be shelling out $59.99 for just two figures. Nothing against the set though.
July 22, 201311 yr Meh. I like the look of the new figures but the set itself looks weird to me. A sure pass for the moment, though I'll probably be swayed when we see inside.
July 22, 201311 yr Hold on, after scanning the set, I see NO FLICK FIRE MISSILES However, I have come to think that there may be some inside the trapdoor piece that is on the sides.

Wow the first star wars set not to have flick missiles!! but as you said they may be hidden. Another possibility is the set has one of those long rubber ended missiles.

No the doors on the side are there so that when you open them so the clone on the inside can look out. They added the same feature to the 2008 version too.
July 23, 201311 yr If I remember correctly, in 2014 we are getting another Visual Dictionary. Just remembered that. Any thoughts on what the exclusive minifig might be?
July 23, 201311 yr If I remember correctly, in 2014 we are getting another Visual Dictionary. Just remembered that. Any thoughts on what the exclusive minifig might be? Probably some main character variant from the OT. Something that might be hard to mix into a regular set (but that doesn't need new parts). My money would be on Lando wearing Han's clothing from the end of ESB, or maybe if we get really lucky an Obi Wan force ghost (not transclear, but done similarly to the Ninjago NRG figs. Besides if you really look he isn't that see through in the movie. he's just glowing.) Edited July 23, 201311 yr by Faefrost

I'm guessing it's going to be one of three things: 1. Clone Trooper Variant 2. Yoda Chronicles-related Character 3. ROTS Character (Palpatine or Tion Medon would be nice)

July 23, 201311 yr I think the Yoda Chronicles one would be more likely, if just to help promote that aspect of the overall Star Wars line. We've already had so much promotion for it already. I believe we'll end up getting a ROTS character.
