Anyone heard any rumors of what set Sabine would appear in?

No rumors yet. My guess is she is in a "place" set, not a ship, to better highlight her graffiti.

I hope for the slave 1 to be more towards the sandcrawler play featured UCS verses the SSD and X-wing kind of UCS

Same here. While it's great having accurate looking sets, including play-features is a nice bonus that can help kill the pain of paying such a high price for these sets.

Alot of the 2014 sets look bad in my opinion but ill get it for the parts like many of the 2014 sets.

I think they're all decent except for the MTT, and the rebels sets. I doubt those will even sell very well anyway.

it depends on the launch of the new Rebels series. I think with all the disney muscle behind it, I think the Rebels sets will sell very well .. to children...

One of my local stores had the ISD and the Snow Speeder (Redmond, WA), but the other one had everything (Lynnwood, WA).

the MTT box looks surprisingly small. It looks to be a USD99 set by the size, is that right?

With the trend of TRU summer exclusives, yes 100 USD is without doubt the price for the MTT

After saving my VIP for most of the year, looks like I'm getting 49, 52 and 54 for $10 plus tax.

ISD and B-wing will have to wait until after I scratch some itches in other themes.

Lynnwood has the whole line... And do you mean Bellevue instead of Redmond?

Posted

Yeah, sorry. I meant the Bellevue store. They said they'd be getting more in tomorrow (guess it would be today now), but the Lynnwood store had everything. I built the AT-AT tonight so I could get a pic with all 4 models for comparison, but I can't post it yet (image quota restrictions still)

$89.99 for the MTT is not bad considering it is smaller than the last one and is $10 less. I am just curious to find out how many pieces it has. I am only buying the sets that are relative to the movies (time to drain those VIP points that expire soon). I think the Rebels sets would be good for children. Not for Star Wars fans who got into Lego with the Clone Wars like myself. Thank God Rebels is a logical focal point for next year. It will save money.

That ATAT box looks crazy-small... It's not much bigger than the Cantina box!

The AT-AT parts came in 8 bags (two #5 bags, which is the step that built the legs). The box was almost entirely full, which is different from a lot of sets where the parts only take up about half the space. I think the smaller box in this case is much better.

From the box, it looks like the MTT has 944 pieces. Not bad.

I had to shrink the photo considerably, but the MTT actually has 954 pieces.

Here's the pic I took of all the AT-ATs together, to get a sense of scale:

From left to right, the new one (75054), the motorized (10178), the 2010 version (8129), and the original (4483)

Any UK news about 75058 MTT? And does anyone know if it is an exclusive?

75060 Slave 1 looks promising, can't wait for the official info.

So do I... I was looking to buy 8097 Slave I but this news stop me...

Thank you for that picture. Very helpful.

Not sure why some people have been complaining about but it looks to me that the new AT AT is pretty accurate and certainly a decent size compared to the rest of them.
