I'm kind of in the same camp. I can't say that I like the blasters, but I don't really mind them. It's been five, six years since the specialized blasters replaced the megaphones, and that's been long enough for me to accumulate more than enough blasters for the majority of MOCs I might make, plus they're still available in other sets. I don't see a use for the new blasters right now, but they'll add variety to my collection, so...

At the first news of the new blasters, I Bricklinked 20x of each of the three usual SW blasters just to make sure I had what I needed for future mocs. Now that I have those, I agree - new pieces = good! Can't really see a use for the new style either, but I'm sure someone will come up with something brilliant a little down the road.

I already thought they would make a decent enough representation of the FC-1 flechette launcher, though that's perhaps a fairly limited application.

Is there any info on the what I am assuming exclusive sets (police gunship and droid trifighter) besides what is on the first page. Such as minifigs/features? Are they even confirmed or is it just speculation?

They are confirmed sets , just we dont know too much about them . The droid fighter may comes with Palpi and the police gunship may comes with Wolffe .

We have a set number though, so more likely it's not.

it was reportedly coming with an ROTS emperor palpatine, not too sure what other minifigs or vehicles may come with it?

Basically, all we get in 2014 is some re-releases, and a few more minifigs...(although I WILL be picking up quite a few of those Death Star Gunner battle packs...I love the new helmets , and a few more Royal Guards will be nice). I am an OT guy all the way, and we only get ONE OT set (the Microfighters don't count really)!!!

No, I mean northern hemisphere spring. Because in the southern hemisphere it will be autumn.

March I think, but it may be later, I don't accurately remember.

Might I ask what browser you're using? It's a PDF file, and they take a long time to load and in Internet Explorer it loads, but doesn't look like it is. It took about two minutes for me.

^^ Try right clicking, downloading the PDFs first to view them. I always get frustrated trying to read PDF's in a browser.

I wonder if the minifig will continue the tradition of including one of the dudes from the medal ceremony on Yavin 4. (Prays for the first official TLG Dodonna!)

It's pretty strange that TLG is still not officially announcing the 2014 Winter wave, it's already November 20th and we still have no high-res pics

We should be seeing a preview of sales catalogs with Summer wave sets in few days and still no official announcement for the upcoming wave?! I think we can write off the pre-Christmas release...

Doubt it; the Boba looks just like the recent release, and Darth Vader was on the cover of the last one even though it came with Medal Luke.
