Having built several custom sized modulars for my dioramas, I rebuilt this Victorian style building into a full size modular. I decided to take advantage of Town Hall's large quantity of bricks in dark orange which is a perfect colour to re-create a brick wall building. As virtually all my houses were empty inside from the top to the basement, this is also my first try at making a detailed interior.

A small garden in the backside with flower bed and ornamental shrubs.

The house is built of three modules: ground floor, first floor and attic.

Ground floor: hallway, kitchen and living room.

Kitchen with all the essential elements such as oven, stove, sink, refrigerator and dining table.

Living room with sofa, fireplace, grandfather clock and TV set.

Hallway with spiral staircase.

First floor: two bedrooms and bathroom.

Large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and a small workplace with desk and bookshelf.

The smaller bedroom is a child/teenager room.

Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and towel rack.

The roof is not detachable and consequently the attic has no details inside.

Excellent MOC! Love the facade, but it's the interior that is fantastically detailed. There's so much to enjoy. I particularly like the kitchen, the textured rug in the living room, The L shaped sofa, the bureau, the bunkbeds and the shower.

Great job, but blimey, I saw this and immediately though of an area in Leicester, UK !

Very well done both inside and out. I really like the cabinets in the bedrooms and the central staircase.

Excellent interior. The large bedroom with the red bed is my favorite. Those wardrobes are great. I also like the kitchen a lot. Nice job!

The facade is really nice, especially the seamless full height bay windows and the asymmetric roof line that can be seen in the image of the back of the building. However, it's the inside that really stands out for me. So many clever details and techniques - I love the wardrobes! The lime tiling is not something I would have considered for a kitchen floor, but it too looks great.

Great victorian! The exterior is excellent, but it's the interior that makes it outstanding. The furniture is very well designed, and I love the details like the glass containers in the kitchen, the SNOT sofa and the bottle ship, of course. Keep up the great work!

That's a great house with a beautiful interior, Kivi! The wardrobes in the two bedrooms are very good, but my absolute favorite of the interior is the corner sofa.

The lime tiling is not something I would have considered for a kitchen floor, but it too looks great.

My wife said exactly the same when she first saw it. Yes, it is quite bright colour for kitchen, but I wanted to make it different from the other rooms and as I already used light blue for bathroom and considered LBG to be somewhat dull, I settled for lime.
