If in a diff, try my mod, so you have double the strength on the 12t bevel. Always try to gear as much down AFTER the diff,. The new hubs would be perfect for you, so you have less stress on the total drivetrain

Mocpages is down.. I think the site got removed completely. Nowadays if you try to go there, it will just open a blank page that says ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Oh i see.. It's a modified version with a bar going trough? 
I would have added a bushing in that center to reinforce it even more.

Yes indeed.

No a bushing does not add extra strength to the gears, only to prevent axle sliding. But it works really good, no broken gears with this mod

Damn this would be useful. But probably won't ever get released by TLG, as making such a part by injection molding would quite difficult...
