Sorry if this comment is a little late, but that is a great MOC! I really like the way you used the mini suspension hubs as 3l links.

Thanks! I really needed 3l links with ball joints and i remembered this parts. I had a worry about protruding balls, but they do not contact with tires so all is ok!

Good job. Could you try using the newer style hubs? They may allow the wheels to wiggle a bit but the cv joint turns with far less friction so overall they may be better.

Unfortunately i haven't four new hubs with steering. Maybe i'll build a model with classic steering system, but it will be another model :)

This looks super fun, it ain't slow either! I thought you could of easily driven under that car lol.

How do those cv joints hold up? I had uni joint on my hill climb car, but they just separate in the middle grrr... I just said stuff it and removed the suspension.

From your drivetrain, it looks like there is some tension or tires slipping, because it's AWD with wheels of various sizes, and without a central differential (instead, you have an adder in the center). Basically, you're driving all the wheels at the same speed even though the rear ones are bigger than the front ones

I know it looks like there's no center diff, but the rc motors are hard coupled to the differential.

Maybe i did not understand your question. Drive axles construction is very similar to rear axle of 8070 supercar - drive shaft is mounted inside the parallelogram that's why it has no way to separate...
