i couldnt tell you which ones as their was 3 staff members crowded around them but i did see the TF Movie packaging.

Ha, God forbid anyone should actually be able to buy them... ;-)

I'll take a look sometime over the next few weeks, next time I'm in town properly.

EDIT: Up on Argos website:

Movie Leader

Movie Voyager (which, for some reason, shows Jazz)

Prime Voice Changer

Prime Arm Blaster

Cyberstompers

Movie Deluxe (which also shows Jazz, this time in Legends scale)

Movie Legends 4-pack (with what looks like Deluxe Barricade)

and, for good measure, Optimash Prime (also available in (my) Game for the same price)

There you go Thrawn, Deluxes available here, too. I think they're all 'buy one get one half price' as well. And there weren't that many mistakes...

TRU have movie displays up! Got myself a Leader Prime - a VERY nice figure.

No deluxes yet, except preview figs, but they should be here in week or so (whats the bet they turn up after the offer ends?)

Ironhide and Starscream are Wave 2 voyagers, so should be here this side of movie release - but having said that, still waiting for wave 2 and 3 of the Classics to turn up on the shelf...

5150 Lego - would take you up on offer if you find those classics ;)

More commonly known as 'Sod's Law'...

Just got my first two movie figs the other day as a sort of "Thank god the school year's over" present to myself.

Jazz is just awesome, Brawl is great but I've had trouble keeping his arms pegged in.

*y* All around.

Ultra Prime, let me know what figs you want, and i'll check to see what i can find. I know i've seen quite a few classic figs, so let me know the ones you want, and i'll see what they have!

Yeah, I've heard that can be a problem.

I'll be going into town for a browse the week after next, partly to buy Justice League Legends, partly for something to do folowing the end of my exams, and partly to look in Woolworths to see which Movie figures they have. Trouble is, I bet they don't have any I want... |-/

Hey, I've recently bought Blackout and Brawl and right now I'm angry!! >:-(

One of Brawl's turret side panels (next to the shoulder mount panel) got stripped-away plastic (I was able to see the pin) and heavy stress marks.

And on Blackout one of the white missile racks was missing.

Seriously, what's wrong with the quality control, Hasbro? >:-(

Anyone ecountered identical or similar flaws on their figures? |-/

On top of all that, one of the new Movie Bumblebee figures has 2 different versions, as one has a tab that's shaped wrong, resulting in it literally having his front section frozen, breaking or unscrewing the toy being the only results.

AND even more... http://seibertron.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6729&sid=

Wow. As with most movies that have a big publicity campaign, Transformers has already been spotted for sale on the streets of Singapore a month before release.

They have that usual "Property of Paramount. Do not remove frrom studio." warning as early bootlegs often do.

A guy on seibertron.com made a post about it, but after a few minutes the mods deleted the topic, so as to not harm any exclusives they might get from being cozy with Paramount.

But hey, too late. It's out there already.

(Probably be watching it by tonight lol).

Went into town today, and had a look at the (frankly slightly pathetic) Transformers selection in Woolworths. They had Legends Bumblebee, Barricade, Jazz and Ratchet; Voyager Ratchet and Blackout; and a couple of the other items- voice changer, etc.

Anyway, I decided to pick up Legends Jazz and Legends Barricade. And for

I need Mirage, Grimlock, Cliffjumper and Ramjet. Unsure about Devastator at the moment as its just a repaint, though I don't have Energon versions...

Looks like the U.S. realse has been pushed to July 3rd. Also, be carfully about the transformers movie site. I visted the new site and clicked on the "robots" section. My computer froze, and had to be restarted twice. Just a heads up.

Yeah, and we have to wait till July 27th... |-/

The Movie toys are also buy one get one half price at Woolworths. Not much to see in mine, but there was a large tray full of Legends, all thrown in chock-a-block. Talk about neatly organised...

Unfortunately the offer started after my purchase last week. |-/

OK, so I nipped into the library the other day, only to find IDW's Animated Movie Adaptation. Strange, as I've not found any IDW collections in any shops yet, but never mind.

So I borrowed it and read it, and I have to say I thought it was quite good. I wouldn't buy it, but it was a good read. The art was understandably good from Don Figueroa, and the story was true enough to the actual film. A few action scenes, like Hot Rod and Kup driving round the Sharkticon tank, the Junkions attacking, and the deaths of some key Autobots were cut down, probably because they wouldn't fit in either the page count or on the page itself. Who knows? It was good to see Arcee, except for one panel where she appears to be wearing... well, a thong. But aside from that slip (which looks a bit odd) the whole book is worth a read.

And Wheelie isn't quite as annoying...
