TrumpetKing Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 Ok I've got a better one than last time: The minifigure series really needs more skiers and snowboarders. Don't forget skaters! Who cares if printing doesn't match up with torsos? They look fine with their lopsided hips! Quote
MstrOfPppts Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 Nice thread, I'll give it a go: Slighter lack in quality is acceptable as long as prices go higher and higher! Quote
SandMirror38 Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 Minfigures are definitely the worst part of a set- always Quote
Luke_likes_Lego Posted August 6, 2013 Author Posted August 6, 2013 Nice thread, I'll give it a go: Hmphh....there's no need to be like that !! Quote
CMP Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 (edited) These Lord of the Ring sets are way too complicated. They should totally use more BURPs. Edited August 6, 2013 by CallMePie Quote
SandMirror38 Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 These Lord of the Ring sets are way too complicated. They should totally use more BURPs. What about the hobbit sets there all AMZING THOUGH- except for that hobbit hole set thats absolutely horrible Quote
MstrOfPppts Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 Hmphh....there's no need to be like that !! Glad you appreciated my comment ! Quote
Captain Settle Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 I think the DC Superheroes theme has to have more Batman minifigures. Quote
eurotrash Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 One day, in the far future, all websites will look like BrickLink. Quote
Gremer Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 We need more stickers! Who cares about printed pieces? We need fewer minifigs. Quote
Kivi Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 We need fewer minifigs. Exactly. The CMF series is the best example of minifig overproduction. There is absolutely no point in buying a single policeman CMF for 2 EUR if you can get the entire police station for additional 98 EUR. Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 - More fire and police sets! Our towns are always under siege and constantly burning down... - We need all the hues of yellow in our bricks, as I hate uniformity... - 41999 is a terrible, ugly, functionless, set and a poor investment... - I wish all my bricks would crack or split under normal use... - I love folding random creases in my instructions and sticker sheets... - 9V/PF are horrible systems for trains... RC all the way! Anyone have a rabbits foot I can rub, worried that this may happen now Quote
BlueberryWaffles Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 The DeLorean didn't need a Hoverboard. I need more Batmen. CMF should be $5! Quote
Tariq j Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 - We need a Victorian theme, we've had Dino, Atlantis, monsters, pirates, galaxy, the lone ranger has basically covered the western theme so a Victorian one or a caveman one would be nice. - Or a science theme. Quote
Vindicare Posted August 8, 2013 Posted August 8, 2013 We really need a 2-pack of four way intersection roadplates. I don't nearly have enough sitting on my floor as is. Quote
Gremer Posted August 8, 2013 Posted August 8, 2013 Why are the sets so cheap? They don't even get close to burning a hole in my wallet. Quote
Lasse D Posted August 8, 2013 Posted August 8, 2013 Modern LEGO sets are simply made from highly specialized pieces where you can only really build the thing they show on the box. It has strayed so far from the lEGO I knew from my childhood. LEGO should get its act together and bring back Jack Stone. Quote
Legogal Posted August 9, 2013 Posted August 9, 2013 Mr. Gold has proposed marriage to me in my dreams. Guess I don't need to meet him before we marry? Help! There is not enough air and free space in my Lego set boxes....the pieces are dying for lack of oxygen. We need zillions more minifigs for building armies....there are just not enough armies around IMHO! How can we expect world peace without ungodly huge armies everywhere? We need a much, much larger Tower Bridge Set. This one doesn't even fill up my entire 2700 sq ft/ 300 sq meter house, not to mention the second floor. There are way too many female figures in sets now days. Who needs LEGO women anyway? Ditto with pink bricks....who needs pink bricks anyway? It is too easy to tell the difference between different colors of bricks in the instruction manuals that come with large sets. Please make the instructions more difficult to follow so we can't build anything in less than four hours. No adult should be allowed in the monthly instore mini-builds....no sane adult plays with LEGO anyway. Please sell fewer special polybag sets so we all can pay lots more for each one. (That's all for now folks! Gee, that was fun!) Quote
Luke_likes_Lego Posted August 10, 2013 Author Posted August 10, 2013 Help! There is not enough air and free space in my Lego set boxes....the pieces are dying for lack of oxygen. I think that's one of my favourites (or is that one of my least favourites? ) - of some awesome opposites so far - captured the opposite day idea better than any of my thoughts!! LLL Quote
Tariq j Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 (edited) Some of mine : - Don't make oversized boxes when the sets are small. - Lego should do different PAB themes, for example a Star Wars one would have pieces for star wars fans such as blasters, lightsaber handles etc. - Increase the prices of the minecraft sets! Edited August 13, 2013 by Tariq j Quote
RaincloudDustbin Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Please produce less Mr Gold figures in future, I know too many people with one. Quote
eurotrash Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 I can't handle this once a year Modular Set release schedule. It's too rushed - Lego should slow down. Quote
slovakiasteph Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 These LEGO builds are definitely too complicated. They should put the pieces together in the factory for us because I don't have the two or three hours it takes to put a set together. Quote
Legogal Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 steph, What a wonderful idea to sell all sets already built!!! Who needs to build anyway? Thus would give us all more time to pick weeds in the yard, take out the trash, vacuum the crap off our dirty floors (between those &)(;-($@@):-)@);:: tiny boxes filled with you know what), watch the grass grow, and smell, but not touch, those thorny roses! Wow! Quote
jluck Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 I wish CUSSOO projects were more complicated to get into production! Quote
