Just picked up two minifigures; turns out The Entertainer and TRU had them stocked early as well!

I got Milhouse (much to my joy) and Lisa, and my brother got Scratchy. I'm quite pleased.

In the Entertainer in Sunderland they have about 5 boxes of these with more hanging on random places around the store. I've picked up 6 so far and I've had no bother feeling them out. Yet to find Abe and Itchy though. The first one I opened was Mr Burns, and when I saw the quality, I had to go back and buy more...

Also anyone found them in a UK LEGO store? I'm looking to go spend my VIP points on two of them on Monday and I need to know if they are £2.50 there like in Entertainer.

It's unlikely that Lego store will either start selling them earlier than the 'official relase date' or for less than the full price...

Do you guys know what color skin Apu is? It looks like it might be tontos color, i don't have the minifigure series, and i really want to know. Thanks

Just got back form my local entertainer, felt all of them out successfully but couldn't find Ralph

Picked up doubles of Apu and Homer though for their accessories

I emailed my local Lego store. They have felt out the whole set of 16 for me. Im picking them up on Monday with my Sandcrawler.

Found some in Toy R Us Shrewsbury, Uk today. Only went in to have a look, picked up ten and only one swop. Awesome!

Just picked up a complete set at a local Target in Missouri. Only had one duplicate (Nelson), but I was able to quickly find a Milhouse to complete the set. These figures are a ton easier to ID through the touch method than all previous series.

Just ordered a set of 16 on amazon.de

Yesterday I went to my local Lego store and managed to get a full set with the help of the very friendly staff at the store. I found out that the one they struggled to find was Mr Burns, however this kind chap helped us to feel for him and we eventually got him, and I must say all of the figures are fantastic and certainly worth the £2.49 I paid for each one. I also got talking to the employee and he said these figures were selling really well, they managed to sell 177 in the first day of their release.

For those in the U.S. looking for the Simpsons CMFs, try Walgreens - that's where I found mine earlier this week.

This CMF wave seems to be selling out fast in the UK, my local TRU sold all 3 boxes in about 2/3days. Hopefully this means this theme is popular enough for another CMF wave and sets.

Has anyone found these in Massachusetts yet? I'm beginning the hunt for these awesome figs! Of course, if they aren't anywhere now, they'll be everywhere on May 1st.

I found them in the Walmart in Whitinsville, MA today. It was the first I've seen them, so hopefully they'll start spreading through the rest of the state soon.

Hopefully we will see more sets, but not another CMF wave. There is plenty of other TV series' that deserve a shot. For example Futurama, DR. Who, Family Guy etc.

Family Guy? Really? Plus, K'nex already got that license.

I suppose they will do some normal minifig series' before they go for another licensed one. Would not mind licensed ones, but I guess most people like those series for special, but normal LEGO figures.

I hope they don't do any Family Guy, Futurama or whatsoever... that would be too less lego-y if they would move to that side of the line.

went to toys r us as I had vouchers that started today from buying half price hobbit sets, felt 14 out of 16 just need scratchy and ralph they only had about 35 packs so not too bad to get 14 although I have not opened them yet, they are easy to fell maybe easiest so far other than milhouse and ralph who are almost the same.

For our Belgian readers: as of today the Simpsons Minifigs are available at the official Lego Store in Wijnegem. (They were supposed to be released on May 1st, but they found out this morning they could start selling them today.)

Thanks to a very friendly staff member who helped me feel them out I managed to pick up a full set (in theory, still have to open them). She also told me Mr. Burns is the rarest of the bunch, only 2-3 of him in a full box. I'll be going back next weekend to trade in my VIP points for The Simpsons House.

Halfway the search another customer joined in who also wanted a full set and they brought out a new box to refill the shelf. I asked what they usually do with those boxes and they said they throw them away, so I asked if I could have one and they didn't mind at all.. Today was a good day for me, I went for a SW set as I didn't expect the Simpsons figs to be available yet.

Nice, that means my Belgian buyer will have them this week as well, hopefully I get the full series delivered at my doorstep this week.

Yeah, Mr Burns is pretty hard to find. I've found and bought all of them but Burns.

I pulled 6 bags from the display at a local Target and ended up with two Mr. Burns bags. Even felt them up before tossign them into my cart, but mistook the 2nd Burns for an Apu. Found out a co-worker blind grabbed 3 Millhouses and 2 Lisas...had to tell him about feeling the bags out first.

I wonder why they bother blind bagging when everyone feels them out first?
