Bkrosell Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 I'm pretty sure this question was answered but, do you want us to post a link to our challenge build here? Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 You just put challenge 2 and the category in the thread title of your entry. Quote
ZCerberus Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 Challenge 1 then the category. Quote
The Architect Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Hi I was wondering if someone could tell where to get this certain head. Of the two names I mentioned, one of these characters has Lords Garmadons head, and the other has the head I want. Thanks. Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 General Grimm is the werewolf, and has a head from one of the PoTC tribesmen. Fangmore (the snake) uses Medusas head unless I'm mistaken. Commander Warrent has Garmaddons head, whilst Ssilyrrlith (the guy on the throne) has Craniacs head. Quote
The Architect Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Thanks for that Lord Vlad I'd just been about to ask about General Grimm's head so thanks for that . Also I'm not criticising, I'm just wondering isn't Ssilyrrlith meant to have Venoms head? Or do I have the wrong person in mind. Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 It depends. I've seen him with both- sometimes characters get updated, or different builders don't have a particular component. The original also uses 3rd party armour. Quote
The Architect Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 And third party helmet also, I believe. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=83406 The way the characters look in this thread is how I believe the ''official'' version to be. Quote
The Architect Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Never seen anything for it, never seen anything against it. Yes I do understand how and why a rocket launcher and a fireball are different. Are guns allowed in GoH? Quote
Alfadas Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Not even for dwarfs? I thought they could have those pirates riffles? Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 It happened early on, but now it's accepted that they don't really use them. It's to keep historica in a firmly medieval time setting. Quote
Gideon Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 The general consensus at the start of book II was as far as I remember that while some alchemists might be experimenting with gunpowder (and maybe even with the dangerous business with putting it into barrels, more likely to harm someone aruond it than in front of it), gun technology is not developed in Historica as that would make castle building much more boring and ugly Quote
Rogue Angel Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Please refrain from starting new topics to ask questions. This is the thread where those questions should be posted, and you will probably get a quicker response here as well. Thanks! Quote
The Architect Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Ok Thanks rogueang. I didn't know this thread existed. Quote
Rogue Angel Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Yeah, in Book I it was titled differently, but this is still the place. No worries! Quote
The Architect Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) Awesome thanks . Another quick question, are cannons allowed on ship Mocs in GoH? Theyr'e Medievalish. Edited December 22, 2013 by The Architect Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 No, cannons/guns etc of any sort are prohibited. Stick to bows/crossbows/ballistas/catapults/etc even on boats. Quote
The Architect Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Sweet thanks for the great answers everyone. Quote
synbiote Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 No, cannons/guns etc of any sort are prohibited. Stick to bows/crossbows/ballistas/catapults/etc even on boats. byzantine fire? Quote
kabel Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 I'd say yes, since it's been around since antiqutiy, but then again I actually don't have anything to say here anyway Quote
