I hope that's per LUG member at least?

I also think everyone who participates has to be 18 years old, at least that's how it is here in Europe.

Anyway, I've learnt that the LUGBULK program is not good for getting decent amounts of "basic" parts for a great price, the best thing is that some parts in production which are expensive on BL can be ordered much cheaper that way (like dark red leaves last year )

I can relate! I was terrible when I joined, but everyone here is so helpful and encouraging with actual feedback, that I was able to work enough so that now I am only a little terrible

But, this community really is great for helping to improve skills, both in building and photography. The warning is that in 2 months, you will be broke. It can't be helped, it's just too addicting and gets us all.

Indeed; for some reason of obscurity, I ordered 70 SW droid arms just today on BL. 20 that I need, and 50 'just in case'

My local toy store is having a combined Castle and pirate (the guy who runs it is a pirate nut) display for its late night shopping (I don't know how big a thing that is outside of the uk, basically shops stay open late one night of the year) window, to entice kids to come buy stuff, despite there being no pirate theme running at the moment. Anyway, one of the guys doing a module realised he'd over committed, so I've stepped in at the last moment, and built a module representing GoH. I'll try and get someone to take pictures, I'm working though so I might not. I've represented all four main guilds, with a slight Nocty bias!

Loooking forward to it.

Always good to see a nice pirate display ;-)

Am I the only one who feels like the morale in this forum is kinda down these days? A lot of the veterans are missing from the scene and many mocs go uncommented. Everybody tired of GoH?

No, it is just the transition between the normal days to the holydays, I guess the majority is passing more time with their families, friends, less on the web, give a couple of days and people shall return with renewed strenght.

I was busy with sorting . I found some great sets for great prices, so I couldn't resist... The best deal I got was 7094 and 7573 together for 80 bucks :sweet:.

Until now, I didn't even had time to start my challenge 1 entry/entries...

It's also Thanksgiving week in the States. Lots of eating and family time, not much LEGO time. :moar:

I've not had much brick time at all lately, and the little time I've had I have put into the builds i just posted. I'm going to try to catch up on all the recent builds the coming days.

I was one day from posting my latest moc which shows de Gothia and his family leaving Historica. Some really stupid comments in my latest moc made me fed up with all of EB and it´s tags. But a true friend talked me back so here I´m again ready to build, comment and be active like nothing ever happen.

Now I need to start building for the challenge.

The castle was nearly done. But I needed the parts to my "final moc" so I started to take it apart... Didn´t think I would use the castle. But I will see if I rebuild it somehow. One module is still intact.

But I think I will build castles more like SK from now on. So many bricks to buy otherwise!!

And the final scene has a ship as well Kabel! A lot of inspirations from your ships! I will post it as a freebuild soon!
