Has someone saved the picture of the shopping mall and can give us a link to it? Or if not, can someone who saw the picture at least describe the set (e. g. how many floors, how big, ...)? That would be really nice!

The mall has a bridal dress shop, a food court, a spa, a fashion catwalk, a revolving door, and a sports shop.

Interesting, a bridal shop......the girls are getting older, though we have rarely seen them with not too many males ?

Catwalk.....of course.......now I wonder if Lego have look at a Westfield shopping town to get any ideas ?

Though now I doubt Lego will make a netball to go in the sports store.....at least tennis, soccer and basketball should be covered eh ?

Wait for the extension MOC's to follow after it's released.......hmm, sounds like a contest idea ?

Just put in this URL and substitute the 4 digit # shown in the previous post by vriverajr3 on the last page.

Uneven sharing of information isn't cool...

*edit, and I should add that those are some ridiculously bad photos. Not only are they out of focus, but they show a tiny portion of the set. It's like zooming in on 3189 and showing you a fuzzed out photo of the white picket fence section. Boy howdy, bet you're excited about that stable now!

Uhmm.... ? Is it? I don't think it's showing the interior of a building, or it must be something like the infamous Winter Village Market.

It is, you can even see the name at bottom right corner.

I had an idea in my head, and when a read a set called "Andrea’s Mountain Hut" i tried to imagine what it could be.

I doubt it would be a winter set, but it would be so cool. It is a shame that we have winter sets practically only for xmas. 25% of the year is covered by some 2-3% of the sets?

More rights fr winter!

I bought my first friends set, Stephanie's beach house. It's a really nice set, the only thing I didn't like was the lamp hanging above the kitchen being too low. I modified the chairs in the entrance so the regular minifigs could sit in them. I also didn't apply the unnecessary butterflies in the roof lol.

I must say I hid the purchase from my dad... :look:

Oh, that's unfun! Part of me feels really sad for you, but mostly for your dad. And still: I can see why you did it.

However, if it comes to question, I always bring out wierd aguments on how the techniques used in friends set are superior to any other set. It's not like anyone is going to know!

We all hide things from our parents from time to time. To protect them from themselves.

Plus: I am glad to learn you liked the build. I have decided to get the beach house, the juice bar, the news van and the animal packs from this wave.

Now I am sure about the beach house.

Both Olivia's House and Summer Riding Camp are in the 2014 assortment. They have not been discontinued/replaced.

Really? Can anyone confirm this? How do you know? (I'm genuinely curious so I can find out for myself in future, also, kicking myself as I ran out and bought 3185)

I'm in NZ, so it may be different here, but every NZ stockist I've spoken to has said

a) they are sold out of 3315 and

b) they don't know (and some think it's unlikely) they'll get any more. Woe!

Haha why for my dad? I did that because I didn't want to go into the whole discussion of "I'm interested in the build only cause it's a nice house... I don't care about the pink box... many other males get the sets...." etc. I'm just too lazy to go through that and make him understand. He's kinda close-minded when it comes to THIS kind of stuff. And yeah I really liked the house, can't wait the get the Simpsons house also.

By the way, I noticed that friends sets like these come with a LOT of hair accessories. I think it would be nice if all the hairpieces for the regular female minifigs had those little holes on the top and the sides to be able to use them, and not only on those soft plastic hairpieces for the friends "minidolls".

Has anyone posted pics of the Series 5 animals yet?

Just in case, here:

Credit to just2good - he found some TNMT stuff on this site so I went looking for Friends! I love the look of that bear and river!

Yeah, someone posted those and out of the box (package?) images weeks ago.

I still don't see why they needed to redesign the orangutan when the CMF one was perfect. It's cool to get a green whip, though!

Hey, have you got a link? I couldn't see high res pics anywhere!

Another boy! Troy! Nice name. So Stephanie, Emma and one other woman? Older woman? That's kinda cool. I don't personally like the 'bitsy' structure (I was secretly hoping for a Simpson's style hinged building) but it fits the Friends line designs so far. My daughter will love it!
