No LDD stuff in the major challenges, but other than that you are free to join and show what you've got! Yohaa hasn't build a single real build but is nonetheless a respected member of Mitgardia, although he hasn't been very active for a few months now.

Just create your signature figure (sigfig), get a story together about his or her background and get it posted here! You can choose to build a MOC to go with your intro or not - if you do, you should also post it in a separate topic on the main forum. Nocturnus issues you a dark welcome to these lands!

The vampire nation gives Umbra-Manis a warm welcome to our dark lands!

OOC (Out Of Character) People here are very laid back, and you are very free with what you want to build, if you want to do something else, no problem! I also enjoy trains, never heard any complaints about it! :sweet:

If we join in this new Challenge, Who's side should we join, so far I think the High Council, because they aren't giving anything to Avalon and they aren't against us, what are you guys thoughts on this ?

Siding with the Desert King. He already has ties to Nocturnus and I am not liking the whole Roman Empire Vibe I am getting from Ulandis.

I've been working on my character, here is a prototype.

Your figure is imposing and unique. I like his weapon.

Although I still have much to read about the history of Historica, I can wait no further to join.

Here I am,

16671980346_92dc77fa36_z.jpg

Osric Isentooth, the defeated Rat King.

Once, there was a small but prosper realm of human like rats that lived in the northern Rakath Mountains. The rat kingdom was caught in a constant conflict with nearby dwarven mines. Although the rats themselves were able to construct large burrows and deep mines they preferred to plunder the dwarves and take them as slaves. After a sudden and unexpectedassault by the combined forces of the dwarves the rat king was defeated.

Now, with his people nearly extinct and his realm lost, he and the few survivers of his tribe travel Nocturnus, forced to serve as mercenaries or take even less glorious work.

Maybe one day he will find a new homestead and become a respected lord of Nocturnus.

This is my story so far. I hope it is appropriate.

Ah Osric! It is good to see that you have surfaced. I miss the days of your Kingdom. I would extend the hand of friendship, and note that you are always welcome in Shadowmere. As ever, Vladivus, Master of Shadowmere.

Ooc: welcome Jacob, great sig-fig (and background)!

Welcome to Historica Jacob. You picked the greatest of the guilds and I am looking forward to your adventures. If you are ever in the high mountains, Gal Turok would be happy to have you!

I humbly thank you! Who can yet know what the bards will sing about Osric the rat?

Ooc: Though I have really no plan of the situation in Kaliphlin please tell me what side has the most advantage for Nocturnus. And in general, can I join challenge IV even when I entered today?

Posted

Jacob: you can join the challenge and as far as advantage for us well that's a matter of opinion. I would think the desert king puts us in the best position, but that's just me.

I would also like to welcome you to GoH as well, Jacob, despite me not being in Nocturnus. I really like the unique look of your character, I find it rather spectacular!
