antp Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 It's built in shades of grey and black. If I had used photo effects I couldn't exhibit it at LEGO exhibitions. That makes it even more impressive. I didn't know the bamboo part existed in grey, so at first I thought the B&W was only a photo effect. Quote
Pop Bumper Pete Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 I like the macro modulars the ALFOL collects Quote

Roger_Smith Posted August 18, 2013 Posted August 18, 2013 Kinda heartbreaking to see all those sad minifigures in their grey world, but great MOC nonetheless! :) Quote
Hobbythom Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 Wow, amazing build. The techniques, the diversity, the details.. It is so vivid despite the grayness.. I love it! Quote

Erik Leppen Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 It is admirable how, in the information age of 2013, you did something noone ever did before. Truly unique. Well done. Quote
greg3 Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 That is brilliant!!! Really like the creative way you've used the various grey pieces (I can just imagine the TLG using something like this in their advertising!!) Excellent stuff!! Quote
wildanimal888 Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Wow! Simply amazing! Just one question. How did you make the toilet? Quote
Trance89 Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 (edited) Amazing how you managed to create a perfect scene by only using white, grey and black. (Well, allmost) I've had an idea to create a greyscale scene as well (in a whole different way) but I'd probably just built it in color and edited the picture. You've showed me that it is possible without editing a picture. Great video as well. Edited August 21, 2013 by Trance89 Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 This is an amazing creation! Superb work with many beautiful details! Quote
splatman Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 After walking around in that gray world, then stepping into the LEGO Room, it's time to cue some music from the band Out of the grey. Quote
Anne Mette Posted August 22, 2013 Author Posted August 22, 2013 Wow! Simply amazing! Just one question. How did you make the toilet? It is inspired by the one in 10218 Pet Shop. Quote
