So John Lennon was (and still is) into Lego

ok, so who is this john lennon, and how did he get a set that supposed to come out in 2014?

Is he maybe a EB reviewer? Or an inside TLG connection? When I searched 44022 review nothing came up.

Well, it's pretty new, so you can easily have missed it. But it has been in lots of sets since 2012 which indicates it's quite useful. I'm very fond of it

Hmmm only 5 sets so far. I thought it was used in more sets.

I haven't even seen a close-up pic of the mini turntable until now

Take it you don't have 42004?

This isn't the only set having mini turtable.

Take it you don't have 42004?

No. I don't really have any interest in such small sets, unless I have to buy it to get a specific part.

Nor have I , but they can be an exellent source of parts at heavy discount. I got 20x 9391 at 70% off .. no need to buy tracklinks or small turntables ever

The Container Truck has license plates:

CU 11014

Any idea what this means? I've been looking for a designer with initials CU but to no avail, or haven't been looking properly.

The designers first name starts with an A, so it is surely not the designers initials.

Could be "Construction Unit 1/10/2014". Like name and release date.

People, but then it is sure that the set 42025 Cargo Plane will be released in March?

What patience it takes!

Don't the first half flagship models usually get an early release in the U.K.?
