January 28, 201411 yr That steering from loader looks very fast and frustrating because isnt exact , I think he use train controller. No he is using normal controller. Just check this youtube channel, there is a second video available. you can also see the box. There are using 1 M motor, one L motor, one XL motor and one servo as far as I can see on the box
January 28, 201411 yr You know one thing that I noticed in that red truck video is the front and rear wheels really leaning inwards and outwards due to those new hubs being so loose. Also anyone noticed green engine blocks at this video: Hmm. I see that. Kind of odd.
January 28, 201411 yr They did use the servo for steering. Interesting. This must be for play-ability for kids. Hmm, very disappointed about this loader: seldom Seen such a crappy articulated steering but the servo is actually not appropriate for this task... And regarding the design: the old 8265 looks more balanced and therefore better... Also the even older 8439... A flagship i will pass for sure... The red truck seems promising more fun...
January 28, 201411 yr Just noticed how many red panels the truck really has. I can count 8 5x11, 2 3x11 curved, 1 maybe 2 3x11 flat, + the 2 on the hood. I will definitely get this one!
January 28, 201411 yr you can also see the box. There are using 1 M motor, one L motor, one XL motor and one servo as far as I can see on the box This is interesting, a few pages back a poster was adamant it was 2 L motors, 1 XL and a Servo, This is going to be a great Power Functions parts pack if nothing else.
January 28, 201411 yr Steering and driving on loader are unrealistically fast. So fast it look ridiculous. Bucket is nice.
January 28, 201411 yr Lifting the bucket is in opposite to the steering very slow. Very dissappointing
January 28, 201411 yr I defenitely like the new Volvo frontloader flagship, it is a PF paradise. The new bucket and those wheels are welcome. Also anyone noticed green engine blocks at this video Yes, and this green fake engine really pumps up this modell. Edited January 28, 201411 yr by Interceptor
January 28, 201411 yr Lifting the bucket is in opposite to the steering very slow. Very dissappointing Dokludi already has that fixed! Probably.
January 28, 201411 yr Things can still change. Otherwise, just wait for Jurgen's Ultimate 42030 Edited January 28, 201411 yr by jantjeuh

But it is still a front loader... maybe dressing it up, fill the gaps, reconstruct... will see. Bulldozer is still a potential buy. :) Edited January 28, 201411 yr by agrof
January 28, 201411 yr Dokludi already has that fixed! Probably. My loader do many things better, but the bucket an the xl makes it a must buy.
January 28, 201411 yr Pick up doesn't look very good aestetically - good base for mods. I like the huge amount of red panels. Also anyone noticed green engine blocks at this video: Must be VOLVO uses green colored engines
January 28, 201411 yr My loader do many things better, but the bucket an the xl makes it a must buy. Bucket, yellow hubs, XL, L, servo, green engine parts, all of those together make this a must buy I think they will improve the bucket lift and curl speeds in the meanwhile. Servo also needs to be toned down, that fast steering looks ridiculous. Edited January 28, 201411 yr by jantjeuh
January 28, 201411 yr I love that truck. I've got loads of red, except for panels, so i'll be looking out for it. H
January 28, 201411 yr Pick up doesn't look very good aestetically - good base for mods. I like the huge amount of red panels. Must be VOLVO uses green colored engines That means they will be a licensed part, thus unavailable for purchase.
January 28, 201411 yr I really like the loader although i must agree that the steering is jerky. I'm not a fan of the truck thogh but it looks like a good parts pack
January 28, 201411 yr The Volvo looks great! I can't figure out how the steering works, but in the bottom there is a Dogbone-beam. Also it looks like there is an axle going back upwards for the steering wheel in the cabin.
January 28, 201411 yr I could this car resemble that pickup truck. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dodge_Power_Wagon But I see it also duneloader from GTAV http://gta.wikia.com/Duneloader .

January 28, 201411 yr also needs to be toned down, that fast steering looks ridiculous. Maybe they can slightly improve the bucket lift and propulsion speed though i don't believe there will be really improvements... Compare the slow speeds of the features of the 42009... Why should TLG now try to make bucket faster... Kids will be satisfied... And the jerky or better said crappy steering is caused by bad design decision and can not simply fixed. IMO servo Motor is completely unappropriate for articulated steering... And for AS you really Need no return to center because such models should be so slow in speed that RTC is quite useless or even contraproductive... Therefore using a servo for this is bad design and can not be fixed so we get a well working AS... Just my 2ct
