Saberwing40k Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I think that we're missing a lot of info on the 2h sets. For instance, there is no listing for 42028, even though it should exist. If I recall, Lego usually releases 3 or 4 sets in 2h , so why are there only 2? Also, there has been no information about any 1.5 set, that would be released in march. What's up with that? Quote
jantjeuh Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I think the cargo plane is the 1.5H set? Quote
z3_2drive Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I guess there is a chance that the flagship will be RC-one being the weight vs pieces and two being that flagships have been manual-RC-manual-RC-manual the past few years... Quote
Jim Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I think the cargo plane is the 1.5H set? Exactly my thoughts. That would be the 1.5 set, which came early this time. Quote
Jim Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 So have we no march set this year Jim? I know as much as the others do, but my best guess was the same as Jantjeuh's, that the plane represents the "1H semi-flagship a.k.a. March set". Quote
Paul Boratko Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Anyone else hear anything about a "Track Car" this year..? I read this on another site several months ago.... I have been trying to find it again, but haven't been able to... It was a German site and I had to use a translator to read it... This was also back before I had heard anything about what the 1st half sets were, so I don't know if it was referring to the F1 pullback racer or not... Quote
Ondra Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Interesting, can you please remeber what original word in germany was? http://translate.google.com/#auto/de/track .Thank for info anyway . Quote

I highly doubt it will be a tank of any sort because of Lego's stance on "violence" related models. Quote
Ondra Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 And what about fire tank ?I think this can feed the hungry for tank without any moral dissagrement. https://www.google.cz/search?q=hasi%C4%8Dsk%C3%BD+tank&rlz=1C1NNVC_enCZ516CZ516&espv=210&es_sm=122&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=kwLHUpLIOcmO7Aa794CIAg&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&biw=1280&bih=684#es_sm=122&espv=210&q=spot+55&tbm=isch&imgdii=_ Quote
efferman Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 ondra, this look like a military tank too. when "track Car" means relly a tracked vehicle and not a car for a racetrack a bigfoot fast trax would bee a good possibility Quote
Ondra Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 That explain missing name, because this is unnameable . Can you imagine that? Two xl motor for track, so it will have speed as bulldozer and some interesting features as folding roof .Perfect model for fun and sequel of lego movie . Quote
Paul Boratko Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I highly doubt it will be a tank of any sort because of Lego's stance on "violence" related models. The thought of a tank never even crossed my mind... I was thinking something more along the lines of this: Quote
Junpei Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 You guys were thinking of a tank? Hmm. I immediately thought the same thing as Paul, I'm hoping for a high speed racing car. Maybe the return of buggy motors? But I guess I shouldn't get my hopes up, considering the IR system has about 5 feet of range... Quote

Alasdair Ryan Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Paul you said "tank car" not tank or a car,It was the way you wrote it that led me to believe you meant a tank or some military type vehicle. It has been a long time since we had a car as the flag ship. Quote
jantjeuh Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Those new suspension parts on the snowmobile surely do point to a new car-type model appearing soon. Quote

mssm Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I think we found biggest lego mystery for 2H .I have no idea what it can with that price and piece count, except that is motorized for sure. 42030 will be the 2h masterpiece. An unexpected licensed one, Quote
Zerobricks Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Maybe some new motors which will be comparable with RC ones :) Quote
Conchas Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 42030 will be the 2h masterpiece. An unexpected licensed one, Unimog tires and huge (set and box...) Quote
MrNumbskull13 Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 With buggy motors ;) (I reckon lego could make a lot of money if they brought back buggy motors... ;D) Quote
