EyesOnly Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 Well i for one wont be making any decisions until i see more pictures and preferably some instructions, and that will arrive at about the same time as i will have saved up enough money to even think about buying this thing. So i'll wait So no one know what the second vehicle is. I remember TB:s calling it a truck but that's not very specific. Quote
AVCampos Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 I too reserve judgement until I know more details: so far I'm still on the fence regarding all three sets. Quote
Lakop Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 We need a nice blue and white helicopter similar to 9396. H Quote
Bob C Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 Is the picture of the plow a of real vehicle? Quote
Milan Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 Is the picture of the plow a of real vehicle? It should be a Volvo loader. Quote
N-4K0 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 (edited) Thanks for the links. I briefly looked at the link to the Chinese forum (?) yesterday, but the pics were gone when I checked it today to look for the details that was mentioned on the previous side of this thread. Even though the pic is blurry, I can recognize a Volvo loader, even though it looks like the 8265. Edited January 12, 2014 by Error404 Quote
davidmull Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Thanks a lot, my friend! Did no one else notice the wheels from that second image are power puller wheels!? Quote
MrNumbskull13 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Did no one else notice the wheels from that second image are power puller wheels!? Looks like 81.4s to me. Quote
D3K Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Did no one else notice the wheels from that second image are power puller wheels!? They are most definitely not, unfortunately Quote
MrTekneex Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 So...it's true: another front loader...uffffffff! Quote
Zerobricks Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 A bobcat style loader would be a more interesting IMO. Quote
merman Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Set 42028 will be a Bulldozer, according to the Hungarian Site: http://www.ilsejatekbolt.hu/index.php?oldal=katalogus&n=42028 615 pieces Quote
merman Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 probably a lot of the pieces will be treads. It will be yellow also... Quote
davidmull Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 They are most definitely not, unfortunately Lucky i have a set so ;) Quote
Azzepa Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Don't think we will ever see the return of the Power Puller Wheels. If we ever do see anything similar they would at least be lighter I'd have thought. Not much they make these days though requires such large tires, the 8110 or 9398 wheels suffice, and they are large models in themselves. Not too please at the moment by the news of the Volvo Front Loader, but and not going to make a final judgement until we find out more. There might be something beneath all the yellow that might make it worthwhile. Bulldozer seems interesting though, don't recall having seen one made in that parts scale before. Quote
EyesOnly Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 The only other recent bulldozer i remember is 8275 but that was twice as many pieces. OK had a look at BS and there was an even smaller one in 2009, after that only far older ones. I got surpriced before when the number of sets mentioned was 3 but now i get which once people are talking about. I haven't been keeping up much for a while so there may well be sets i haven't heard about. Quote
agrof Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Happy me... :) I do love front loaders in general, and a bulldozer is coming too... this will be my year. Quote
efferman Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 I think you will have less functions, using 4 motors, 2 receptors and a battery there won´t be room for the fake engine, I hope for rear pivot suspension at least... why not? the 8265 is smaller and fully rc with fake engine is not a problem in this size 100_0827 von efferman auf Flickr Quote
jorgeopesi Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Well I hope something like my komatsu, in the 8265 the wheels look too small but we will see... http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=76130&hl=%2Bkomatsu+%2Bwa-800 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=531815 Quote

1gor Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Did no one else notice the wheels from that second image are power puller wheels!? unfortunately not. when you take calculation based on scales of pinholes on bent liftarm that is used as rear mudguard and wheel/tire combo, you will see that it is wheel racing small with Tire 81,6 X 38 R Baloon. But if Front loader will look like one that jorgeopesi made that would be great. Quote
N-4K0 Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I never had the pleasure of getting my hands on the Power Puller wheels. I wouldn't mind it if TLG brought them back. Quote
jantjeuh Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Scour eBay or other auction sites for used 8466 sets, that's how I get my four. Cheap, too. Quote
