I'd expect this to be more around the £35 mark, especially if the pick-up truck is going to be priced a bit higher.

I wrote customer service about the mistake of the A25F hauler. Hopefully they will correct this pretty obvious screw-up. Either change the text and the technical info with the correct A25D / A25E on the box or even better make a 6x6 version B-model :P The latter would probably not come into question because of the extra 2 wheels and tires needed.

Bulldozers don't always look that great in real life anyway, they aren't meant to, so I'm personally not bothered by it's poor looks. Still it looks to be very boring functionally.

Well, they are 'beasts' for sure ... Lots of power, several functions, and NOT hollow ... Worked on several last year, and got a lot more respect for them ... Especially the drivetrain, dual hydrostatic loops, with 3 pumps, 2 for the left/right tracks, one for the implements, and blades with 4 degrees of freedom. Would be neat to reproduce the drivetrain and the blade functions but one would need pneumatic motors and planetary gears for the final drives ...

Now THAT WOULD BE EPIC! I'de be the first in line to buy that and suggest it here if I thought it was possible to make pneumatic motors small and efficient enough to work in a lego set. Sadly I'm not sure that it is. Though I would love to see some planetary gear reduction drives made possible without using turn tables.

Here's finally a decent pic of 42028:

That explains why 8275's prices have sky-rocketed in recent weeks ... Before the holidays, you could get one off ebay for a tad over $200 ... Now, starting bids are at $300+

Thanks for the picture. Now i can say with certainty that 42028 isn't for me. It wont even work as a part pack since it doesn't offer anything new. I'm still looking forward to the B-model, just to see what they come up with. Also if those yellow panels are 5x11 then it will provide more supply for the secondary market which is always a good thing. :classic:

IMO this would be a perfect small pneumatic model...

Totally agree, another missed opportunity. I will skip this one and buy the Volvo this year only. Thank you LEGO for sparing some money.
