That's part of the Lands of Roawia, (someone can correct me if I'm wrong here) which is a very similar concept to GoH but on a different website and not at all related.

DG beat me to it!

So it looks like the CMF gods are smiling on Avalonia with this new series. We have satyrs to populate the Enchanted Forest, and a new knight to form the core of Avalonia's elite guard (have to swap out the shield, but that's OK).

Kalihplin also fared well with the Winged Warrior.

Mitgardia is getting some more pigs and Nocturnus finally gets a skunk!

The queen and the bear shield are more Historica-wide gifts as they don't match the specific colors of any of the guilds.

We take the mace, thanks.

I don't mind that there's material for the other guilds, the halloween series was totally for Nocturnus.

I could imagine that winged helmet for Mitgardia. Some kind of valkyrie. And it reminds me of Heimdall.

I agree about the new CMF-series - There is only one or two figs from which I can't use at least some of them for Historica!

Further, another build up for the Aestwäld saga is up. The Trifork is rolling out its diplomacy! :sweet:

@TitusV: Yup, I did - sorry for the late reply!

I need help again.

  1. Could some tell me more on the history of Avalonia? Was there a name for "the war to rid Avalonia of evil"? When did it happen, and how long did it last?
  2. If I have a Flickr account, how can I post images on Eurobricks?
  3. What exactly is the Kaliphlin Civil War?
  4. Who is the ruler of Historica?
  5. Does Task 5 have to follow the exact guidelines? Like does it have to be a certain size?
  6. I know I can do Task 5 in LDD, but what about the other Tasks?
  7. What is the University of Petraea?

Thank you again for helping me with these questions.

I'll answer the things I know:

2. Share (the arrow) and the BBCode. Copy paste where you want the image.

3. A war between the High Council, the Desert King and Ulandus for power in Kaliphlin. IT was also the last challenge.

4. There was a King, residing in Cedrica, but he's lost.

6. I think you cann, I'm not sure

7. It's a programm one can follow, meant to improve one's building skills. See the page of the DoP for more information ( http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=88352&st=275#entry2318227 )

Hope that helps

And about the war in Avalonia. Who were the combatants? I know one side was Avalonia, but what about the other side?

Here's the link to Book II Challenge II, where you can read the backgroundstory: http://www.eurobrick...&hl=gothia&st=0

On another note, I have to add, that you don't need to know everything about GoH to participate. I also don't know all the different stories and figures. Of course, it can help, but all information you need to build in a challenge is always given in its prelude. So get of the couch and start building ;-).
