Being a big fan of the Mel Brooks movie, Robin Hood Men in Tights, I thought I'd update some of my old classic Lego Forestmen with new heads to look like the characters from the movie. There are a few new figures as well to round out the mini scene.

All your favorites are here, including Ahchoo, Blinkin, Robin Hood, Maid Marian, and the Sheriff of Rottingham. And in the back is Little John, Will Scarlet O'Hara, and two other Merry Men.

I'm working on Don Giovanni, Latrine, and Prince John.

These look great, well done! I always thought the Forestman from Minifig series 1 looked like Cary Elwes as Robin Hood. But you're still missing Mel Brooks as the rabbi.

Hmm, never did like the Rabbi part. But that sure would be an interesting character to recreate. Especially with his cart.

Nice! When the forrestmen came out I actually linked him rigt away to robin hood from men in tights. Fun to see the other characters as well now!

Mini update.

I think I've found a good combination of parts to make a few more characters. Of course I don't have all the parts at the moment. But when they come in I'll post some more photos of the other characters.

Great job here. I loved that movie growing up.

That is a Lord of the Rings figure; Arwen, I changed the face, hair, and hands.
