Hello!

I want to introduce you my first big MOC. It is the second-generation of Mercedes ML500 between 2005-2008 year. Because of him, I received the Grand Prix at the show Ukrainian Brick Fest 2013. The construction lasted about a year with interruptions, which sometimes lasted for weeks, due to time and parts.

Functions and features:

1) Permanent all-wheel drive.

2) Lockable central and rear differentials.

3) Fully independent suspension with variable ground clearance.

4) Remote steering wheel rotating in the cabin, which makes 3 turnover, as in the original Mercedes.

5) Glowing front, rear and front fog lights. All of this is included lever from inside.

6) Opens all the doors, hood, tailgate and the rear part of the roof.

7) Fully light gray interior. In the front seat backrest tilt changes, the rear seats fold flush with the floor, separately and entirely, armrest in the rear seats. Openable a raised floor in the trunk.

8) The two-stage gearbox, which is under the rear seats.

9) The entire electrical system is well hidden, for example: under the hood, there are two battery boxes, in between are, there is a steering motor, buggy motors with gearbox are located under the rear seats.

Electronics:

1) 2 RC Race Buggy motors for drive.

2) 1 m-motor for the center differential lock.

3) 1 m-motor for the rear differential lock.

4) 1 m-motor for changing gears.

5) 1 m-motor for steering.

6) 1 XL-motor for variable ground clearance.

7) 2 non-rechargeable battery boxes.

8) 3 pairs of lights.

9) 1 switch for the lights.

10) 4 50 cm wires.

11) 3 standard remote control.

Sorry, I can't upload pictures to the forum, so here is my Google account with photos: https://plus.google....0/photos?tab=wX

Thank you for watching, stay tuned!

Sounds cool but I can't see the pictures. Once you have made a few more posts you will be able to post pictures. Do you have any pictures on brickshelf?

I have an account at Brickshelf, but there are no photos of the Mercedes.

But i'll try to upload them today.

This sounds very nice, but unfortunately no one can see those photos, since your link points simply to your photos at google account. So when I open it, I see my own G+ photos...

And I think that the same thing is happening with Brickself link too.

Absolutely stunning moc! Great job, many many details and functions.

I have to say your web site gives me motion sickness, with the rubix cube picture thing, and if you go to the other pics, you still have a picture slide show behind. :look:

Sorry if its just me, hehe, but just being honest. :sweet:

From what i can see of your front suspension, you did the exact oposite that you should. You spaced the wheels even out with a bushing, instead of positioning the wheel as close to the pivot as possible. Please fix.

I like how you managed to recreate the looks of the car though, especially the front.
