Etzel Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 "You sound like you have a lot of friends," snaps Calico over her shoulder. Me got three friends, Piro and two more. Having friends is a good thing and should not be something to snap about."
Kadabra Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 "Maybe.. or he is just sleeping." I mean his hesitation yesterday, obviously.
CMP Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Who was hit by a handcannon? Calico? I thought he was hit by a light spell? "Both."
Duvors Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 (edited) Who was hit by a handcannon? Calico? I thought he was hit by a light spell? "Calico is a she." Edited September 1, 2013 by Lord Duvors
Rumble Strike Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 "How can you trust your friends, Ezeal? How can you know they are not Nephilim?"

Endgame Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Assuming that that's a power granted by an item (which is the only logical assumption I can make), why are you saying this in public? I've already stated my suspicions on Retak and I figured I hhad nothing to hide. Howver, my suspcion grows: You can't use an item's power and perform an action in the same phase, correct?
Brickdoctor Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 "Um... yes. That's why I'm confused on why a bunch of heroes attacked someone LAST night... before this discussion." Because he was suspected, of course! And his suspiciousness was mentioned in public Yesterday. I mentioned it at least twice.
Flipz Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 "Was it an arrow to the knee?" "Ord'narily I'd 'tack you fer this on gen'ral princ'ple, but consid'rin' tha situation I'll let it pass this time." "Oh, by th' way, I made a tonic last night, but Skrupp stole it." "Really? Int'restin'..."
Cutcobra Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 "Last night I got attacked by Panduin, could use some healing."
Etzel Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 I don't like this. Kob was not suspected (for good reason, obviously) and yet you attacked him with no warning. Piro was scummingit up yesterday, as Calico puts it, and yet a 'friend' of yours protects him. I think your 'friends' are your scumbuddies. You and Fleyra are number 2 and 3 on my suspect list today. "Kob was acting very suspicious, which me explained in detail yesterday. Why would we warn before we attack if we intend to kill to get a result? Me fail to see how Piro is "scumming" up, all you got is some out-of-this-world-comments and a list made up by some mage that only said one or two sentences before being killed. Yes, Fleyra is another of my friends, ready to strike at anyone who seems suspicious today."

Etzel Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 "How can you trust your friends, Ezeal? How can you know they are not Nephilim?" Me can not know for sure of course, but so far everyone has acted as a group for the best of Heroica. Both. Read the conclusion again. And yet you and your friends thought it prudent to attack a loyal hero without provocation. "Me can't understand how green girl can't see how Kob was acting scummy yesterday, me explained it very carefully. Yes, it was wrong, but the signs were there."
The Legonater Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Me got three friends, Piro and two more. Having friends is a good thing and should not be something to snap about." Except for when one of your friends is a suspect, lion. "Kob was acting very suspicious, which me explained in detail yesterday. Piro is also high on the list of suspected attackers against myself and Calico. If you ask me, lion, your intuition doesn't seem to be that great.
Capt.JohnPaul Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Because he was suspected, of course! And his suspiciousness was mentioned in public Yesterday. I mentioned it at least twice. "I see.. I must've forgotn because it wasn't really as important as the list I think."

Your reason was that Kob found Luridan suspicious consistently and didn't stop thinking he was suspicious later. That could be applied to most of us. It's also interesting to note that both Piro and Fleyra questioned you at first and didn't seem to support your attack, (distancing themselves from a scumbuddy making a move that seemed like it might he unpopular?) then Fleyra changed to supporting you, even stating 'it is highly likely that the Orc Mage is one of the fallen angels'. What? How is that a true statement at all? Your only reasoning was tenuous at best. Trying to avoid her scumbuddy getting killed? Also, the two of them starting in opposition to you and now apparently being your 'friends' is a good example of either lying if they were already your friends or wishy-washyness if they weren't You three are scummiest than pond water.

Piro is also high on the list of suspected attackers against myself and Calico. If you ask me, lion, your intuition doesn't seem to be that great. "Well, Kob as target wasn't my idea, but it did seem very likely that orc mage would turn up as Niphilim, and me still surprised he didn't. Fleyra can confirm that Piro did not attack anyone this night since he encouraged her."
Rumble Strike Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 "Ezeal, I do understand your need for action, your thirst to do something positive rather than standing about talking. But for all that, the only confirmed person we have killing someone who ended up being a hero, is you. Ordinarily, this could be shrugged off as a mistake, a youthful indiscretion, but considering you are now publicly allied with the one who may be our best lead for being Nephilim, it paints a bad picture of both of you."
swils Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Fleyra able to use ranged weapons. Not to say all ranged heroes suspect, but some amongst them are, given attacks yesterday. With heavy suspicion of Piro for good reason, I don't thoink trusting unconfirmed, potential-gun-user good idea.

swils Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 But then, Calico took damage but not get killed. Unlikely that such high level hero attack and not kill weak hero. Bah, Pallas interrupt thoughts.
The Legonater Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 I heal Theodor Legion. Thank you, sir! It was really just a scratch, but I suppose it never hurts to be prepared.

"You need to refresh your mind of what me said yesterday. Kob was suspicious since he constantly pressed Luridan but as soon as action was taken he stepped down and did nothing. Plus he avoided questions and spent first half of day saying nothing but nonsense. He's rejection of the magnifying glass idea also seemed scummy to us since it was the best idea we had so far. Piro and Fleyra didn't need to attack Kob since me and third friend could take him out ourselves. Piro and Fleyra were very supportive in private talk about the plan and if you think their statements in public were different, well that's something for them and you to discuss. Me suggest octopus girl puts her face out of scummy pond water and take a clearer look at situation."
