Oky Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 For those getting sick of getting involved in dangerous space battles on their Star Tours flight to Endor, there is the VW StarCamper 3000. Based on the StarSpeeder 3000, this is a smaller, camper-sized vessel that you can use to go camping with your family. Just don't let an RX pilot droid drive it or you'll never get to Endor. Oky Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 The All-Terrain Camper Van or AT-CV is the perfect vehicle for any vacationing clone. Based on the design of the AT-TE, it has six mechanical legs which allow it to travel over the rockiest of roads and even up cliff walls. With its six anti-personnel laser cannons and top-mounted mass driver cannon, the AT-CV is prepared for any surprise Separatist, bear, or even mosquito attacks. eurotrash Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 VW Camper Tractor Life is tough enough down on the Farm and when you need to haul a bunch of Hay bales around what are you going to use? So, take your welding torch and socket spanners and get to work on your VW and convert it to a VW Camper Tractor. It's a perfect weekend project for you gear-head Farmers out there! (Top Gear approved/Your mileage may vary) ...and here's the Hay bales as proof! [Warning! Bad Pun alert] For next weekend's project I'm going to convert it into a Combi-harvester!

bsparks Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 (edited) After a few hours of putzing around, I give you my VW Camper Transformer! Goal was an older G1 style of transformation. And the head looks a little wonky in van mode, but it's the best I've got for the moment. Edited September 16, 2013 by bsparks
totohs Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 (edited) (continued from part 1) WTF???!!! What is this construction camper doing here??? Gene Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 (edited) During production of The Empire Strike Back, designer Joe Johnson conceived a ship that combine the body of an X-wing and the cockpit of the Y-wing. However, this design was scrapped for the T-47, which featured no elements from previous craft. He's designs for the Snowspeeders have influenced later Star Wars designers and fans.... Here's my modification, The VanSpeeder - Edited September 30, 2013 by Gene
SpacySmoke Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 Twinkie + VW Camper Van = TVWINKIE CAMPER! For the uninitiated: a Twinkie is an American snack which is a yellow sponge cake filled with cream. This build was inspired by an old Twinkie commercial from 1996 where a bear sees a yellow camper in the woods and thinks it's a Twinkie. The bear rips open the top and upon only finding people inside says "Hey! Where's the cream filling?!" Unlike the commercial, this camper actually does have "cream" inside.
eurotrash Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 Retro VW Camper Snowmobile The old Campers handle terribly in snowy and icy conditions so what's better than adding a couple of old skis and converting it to a snowmobile. I chose a retro 70's design because of its classic box shape. Oh yeah... bring on the cold stuff! Classic VW Camper front end plus hodge podge of mechanicals at the rear It's a GTX! That probably stands for Great Traction...
rodiziorobs Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 (edited) Cruise around Middle-Earth without ever leaving the comfort of the Shire in the VW Bag-End Camper. Whether you're headed off for a holiday in Mirkwood or a shopping spree in Dale, the Bag-End Camper lets you travel in style. Naturally, those square windows had to be replaced with round ones; even the windshield couldn't escape some rounding off. Roomy interior allows space for even the most unexpected of parties. Wherever your destination is, the ever-reliable Bag-End Camper is sure to get you there (and back again)! rodiziorobs on Flickr Edited September 16, 2013 by rodiziorobs
