Flare Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 That feels a bit opinionated considering that one of them stole your potion. There is no one here that lacks a bias. Do you claim to be such? {Please my good Rito, if you wish to avoid suspicion consider the implications of your statements and do not resort to impulsive behavior only because you feel something is important. Catching a Nephilim is always a serious matter, but we do so methodically whittling away at them. Like I stated earlier. Should Calico and her crew be Nephilim I would have expected to find much more damning evidence during their numerous comments than what has been brought up. We work on the surest things first and then we progress to the next surest things, building a case against the Nephilim one bit at a time, just like a strong nest or one of your eyries.} Your point is valid. However if you find me murdered tomorrow morning you will know whose hand had done it.
Tachyon Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 I'm just wondering why you're ranting for those 3 to be killed. All they did so far was steal your potion
Kadabra Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Wether makes a good point. Calico, Brienne, and I, (and Scamander, but that's besides the point) have made up over 25% of all posts discussion in the whole forum Eubric, not just Heroica Hall, where our discussion is obviously a stupid high percent. With that sheer amount of talking there should be some majorly damning logical inconsistencies and scum tells coming from all three of us, not just some conspiracy theories.
CMP Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 (edited) "Lemme try and break this down. I'll humor you and try to respond to this like there's some logic behind it." Etzel was supposed to snag Heroica members and try to bring them down when he was brought down. "Anyone with sense wouldn't get themselves killed to take down some low-level Heroicans." We can already see that either directly or indirectly from his influence Kob and Piro were killed (possibly others too from his influence). Now that he has gone done as scum that casts heavy shadows over the rest of his "friends". "Kob, yes. Piro, no. That was our call. Your last sentence makes absolutely no sense at all. I don't even think it qualifies as a sentence." However, I noticed a couple of things that made me realize that he probably was in league with BD, Kadab, CMP... First off, any arguments had between him and the gang didn't seem completely real, and they never really accused him of being scum and in the end tried to prevent people from attacking Etzel, however the day ended early so they didn't manage. "Quote any. Single. Thing. Quote one thing that implied we were trying to save the guy we just had killed." My second point is this: Etzel invited nearly BD, Kadabra and CMP into our private message thread. Why did he do this? This allowed the three intruders to know everything pretty much about our strategy and positions. As a townie, he wouldn't invite three strangers to read up on a group of people's strategies unless he was sure of their alignment. As scum, Etzel would have no point in inviting townies to our thread, which means therefore that it is extremely likely that BD, CMP, Kadabra, and co. are sided with Etzel and therefore Nephilim. "If we were scum, he would've told us everything anyway. I believe it was an attempt to get him to call off the kill." Furthermore, Brickdoctor and the others accused Piro and I of being the most likely to be scum out of the four (in our PM thread), with no response from Etzel to oppose this comment. "Okay?" Furthermore I tracked Brienne Deercourt last night and found her doing what she has been doing almost every visible phase - covering Calico (who happened to steal my potion by the way). This may or may not contribute to my theory depending on how you look at it. "If you look at it logically, B was trying to protect her closest ally and one of the town leaders." I request members with magnifyibg glasses to investigate the following fellows (one at a time, or whatever doesn't matter): "They killed the guy with the main magnifying glass. Ebdul is already investigating Brienne." Edited September 5, 2013 by CallMePie
Flare Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 I'm just wondering why you're ranting for those 3 to be killed. All they did so far was steal your potion Because I strongly suspect them to be Nephilim, a potion is not important in the long run, I have even purchased a new one. No, a potion is not important. A scum team is. Did you even read my post explaining this theory?
Kadabra Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 I'm just wondering why you're ranting for those 3 to be killed. All they did so far was steal your potion N, we also have accused him of being scum repeatedly and we tried to kill him this morning. But he was already Flying too high for us to take him out.
Tachyon Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Because I strongly suspect them to be Nephilim, a potion is not important in the long run, I have even purchased a new one. No, a potion is not important. A scum team is. Did you even read my post explaining this theory? I did, but I read Calico's rebuttal to some of the points in your theory.
Flare Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 N, we also have accused him of being scum repeatedly and we tried to kill him this morning. But he was already Flying too high for us to take him out. If you'd pay attention, a member with a magnifying glass investigated me and found me to be Heroica. Now fit that with your words.
Waterbrick Down Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Because I strongly suspect them to be Nephilim, a potion is not important in the long run, I have even purchased a new one. No, a potion is not important. A scum team is. Did you even read my post explaining this theory? {And that is fine to suspect, but given all that has transpired the past 3 days and that there are other accusations out there based on more than feelings, your insistence begins to look like tunnel-vision. Stealing is not a Nephilim give away, we have already seen instance in which it was performed out of public good intentions, if you thought someone was a threat but couldn't attack them, what would you do? It seems the problem keeps on escalating because you keep Flying to avoid being attacked which makes those who want to attack you suspect you of being a Nephilim. See how the cycle continues? Also when was it shown that you were part of Heroica?}
CMP Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 { Also when was it shown that you were part of Heroica?} "I just recalled, Ebdul mentioned it earlier. Hmm."
Flare Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Calico, I am on my phone and its difficult to respond to multiquote things like that I don't want to waste breath arguing with you,however I must remind you that most of your rebuttals are pointless after eliminating your personal feeling. You could say the same about what I say, so whatever.
CMP Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 I don't want to waste breath arguing with you,however I must remind you that most of your rebuttals are pointless after eliminating your personal feeling. You could say the same about what I say, so whatever. "What the hell are you talking about??? " "My personal feelings (seriously, what?) have nothing to do with my rebuttals, they're built on logic and common sense."
Flare Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 It seems the problem keeps on escalating because you keep Flying to avoid being attacked which makes those who want to attack you suspect you of being a Nephilim. See how the cycle continues? Also when was it shown that you were part of Heroica?} What else should I do rather than fly? Attack someone? I'm not going to attack someone alone, when I have no chance of defeating him and he'd just beat me into the dirt with his friends help. I must focus of self-preservation (I would help protect others but I have no action that does so) until I have a good plan of action.
Kadabra Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 If you'd pay attention, a member with a magnifying glass investigated me and found me to be Heroica. Now fit that with your words. Godfather Tailor Maxi is scum
Flare Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 "What the hell are you talking about??? " "My personal feelings (seriously, what?) have nothing to do with my rebuttals, they're built on logic and common sense." Your common sense may not be my common sense which may not be the common sense of other players either. Thats something personal.
Kadabra Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 We don't know that those roles exist (I doubt Godfather because passive roles seem to be nonexistent), but it's easy to see how that could've worked in any number of ways,
CMP Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Your common sense may not be my common sense which may not be the common sense of other players either. Thats something personal. "I give up."
Flare Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Godfather Tailor Maxi is scum I believed we discussed on Day one how it would be useless for someone with a magnifying glass to lie about their findings.
Kadabra Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Your common sense may not be my common sense which may not be the common sense of other players either. Thats something personal. Common Sense (n): sound practical judgment independent of specialized knowledge or training; normal native intelligence. Common Sensical (adj): based on plain ordinary good judgment; sound practical sense It is impossible by definition for common sense to be biased or personal. I believed we discussed on Day one how it would be useless for someone with a magnifying glass to lie about their findings. Only the last of those three involves lying, and I fail to see how it'd be useless since the plan (which I came up with and would've worked if it weren't for Retak and his meddling scumbuddies) was derailed.
Waterbrick Down Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 "I just recalled, Ebdul mentioned it earlier. Hmm." {Which is why we need a chart to keep track of all of these things, wasn't the satyr handling that at one point? Well if the investigation is to be considered valid, then I think we can stop the argument over the Rito's actions for the time being, at this point it's just going to continue to go in circles. While we have focused in on the Nephilim suspects among the magic users and we know that we'll need to look into those who potentially own hand-cannons next, where do we go from there? Certainly once those leads dry up we're going to need to start considering more than just the standard shouting match.}
Brickdoctor Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 I would like to tell my fellow Heroicans TO NOT ATTACK CALICO. Why? She's being covered by Brienne Deercourt, as usual. If you think Calico has been scummy, you'll need to take out Brienne first. I am? I just got here. Not sure how I'm supposed to already be Covering anyone.But thanks for the reminder. I Cover Calico Meatpie (CallMePie). Hopefully better late than never. My second point is this: Etzel invited nearly BD, Kadabra and CMP into our private message thread. Why did he do this? This allowed the three intruders to know everything pretty much about our strategy and positions. As a townie, he wouldn't invite three strangers to read up on a group of people's strategies unless he was sure of their alignment. Let me get this straight: you're concerned that town leaders were able to see your strategy that was started by someone now known to be scum?! As scum, Etzel would have no point in inviting townies to our thread, which means therefore that it is extremely likely that BD, CMP, Kadabra, and co. are sided with Etzel and therefore Nephilim. Um, maybe, I don't know...he wanted to avoid being killed? Is staying alive not an important point for you?
PsyKater Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 "Uhh, Jujube were is my coffee? Fine. As far as I see and hear, us ether users are a bit on the chopping block. I am sorry that I did not state this earlier, but I have a diamond as well. On D1 I used my magnifying glass, on N1 I raised my little fellow Kob here. On D2 I passed my glass to Skrupp or Skrubb. On N2 I raised Jujube. I expected him to be more pale like me and Kob but who cares. I want to address my hesitation on D1 again. If I had made my action immediately I would have made it "wrong". Heck, even those who accused me being hesistant had not understand it properly. I'd be more than glad to help now and I hope my answers will do as well. I am still not as fit as I should be but I hope I can say more now. Jujube, now go and bring me some uppers!"
Kadabra Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Problem being that passing the glass to Skrupp did not take an action and you weren't shown using the glass in the conclusion like Maxi was, leaving you a liar who had the means and the opportunity to make the Light attack on Calico. Also, Skrupp dying when it was your turn to be investigated automatically casts doubt on you. *in the conclusion of Day 1 like Maxi was in the conclusion of Day 2
swils Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Addressing own misunderstanding on early day, it true, but Retak refused to buy glass at first when money had been pooled. That initial hesitation. Buy glass and ask for clarification on list better than try to stall buying glass.
Scubacarrot Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Fleyra, you mentioned to me before you were a 100% sure of a certain percon's Heroica-ness, perhaps you want to share who?
