Fleyra, you mentioned to me before you were a 100% sure of a certain percon's Heroica-ness, perhaps you want to share who?

Alright. It sounds a little silly though. Maxi Ebdul is the only alive person whom I 100% know as Heroican.

(what sounds silly is the explanation :grin: MB and I are actually really good friends in real life (although we live in very different places but thats a different story) so we told each other what our roles and alignments were. We swore to tell the truth and I know him well enough to know that he wouldn't lie to me after promising to tell the truth, and hopefully he thinks yhe same about me :look::tongue: he checked me with the magnifying glass so that he could have proof that I am not one of the Nephilim)

That was a long OoC, sorry :blush:

How do you know he's definitely telling the truth? All's fair in love and mafia bloodbaths :sceptic: Also, do you do this for every game?

Looks to me that he didn't trust your statement though. Maybe he has a reason for this? What would you have done anyways if he told you that he is Scum? Kill him instantly? Or be quiet about it letting us guess who the Nephilim is? Sorry, this is really odd to me. I have some people here in this game, I am really good friends with as well, but we promised not to talk about the game (at least nothing that could tell our affiliation etc) until the game is over (even if one of us is dead).

This is the first game I've thought of something like this.

I guess your right though, he could be lying, but again theres really no proof for him being town or scum. So really I'm NOT 100% sure, I am just very sure in a sort of undefinitive way :wacko:

Problem being that passing the glass to Skrupp did not take an action and you weren't shown using the glass in the conclusion like Maxi was, leaving you a liar who had the means and the opportunity to make the Light attack on Calico. Also, Skrupp dying when it was your turn to be investigated automatically casts doubt on you.

*in the conclusion of Day 1 like Maxi was in the conclusion of Day 2

I don't know why things are shown different in the conclusions. I just can tell what I did. And I see how it looks from the outside. If I was a Nephilim the death of Skrupp would benefit me for sure.

Addressing own misunderstanding on early day, it true, but Retak refused to buy glass at first when money had been pooled. That initial hesitation. Buy glass and ask for clarification on list better than try to stall buying glass.

I understand where you're coming from. I understood parts of the game yet later. The whole Necromancer stuff for instance not until "this morning". At that point I wasn't yet convinced enough of the plan as the money would have been away then. I realized later that the actions can be changed until the day ends. I see how this is not a convincing argument for my called out hesitation. But those were my thoughts back then.

Would you mind explaining what kind of hold you have other those that you've raised from the dead?

"Right, so....you're claiming to vouch for the person that's confirmed you - neat coincidence - for no real reason other than that you know him well."

You do realize that you're claiming that there are three light magic users, since neither you nor Eris accepted responsibility for the attack against Calico on Day 1. I find it highly improbable that there are three diamonds among us, that combined with your hesitance in the original magnifying glass plan and your lack of a visible investigation on Day 1, point to you being a lying Nephilim. If any hero is still out there waiting on a suspect to attack, I think aside from an investigation result, this might be as good as it gets.

I like how you both flat out deny knowing about the confusion spell. If Capriccia didn't do it under your orders, why wouldn't she have tried it on your buddy Brienne instead of myself. Certainly Brienne was more likely to be protecting someone "important"? Whomever the cleric is working for apparently didn't want you dead, Calico. They wanted whomever they assumed I was protecting.

"Which I guess is their way of saying they find you scummy, too. If you didn't notice, she healed me yesterday after quite possibly you shot me. Is this story true, Capriccia?"

{So now we have a name, Capriccia, makes sense considering yesterday's actions. Now, isn't it also a reasonable thought that considering Calico was attacked early on that Capriccia assumed she was probably a true member of Heroica and thus Brienne wasn't a viable target?}

Which is another reason I figured she was with you, Calico. If she found me suspicious, why not do something else like attack me?

"Maybe Confusing someone is more significant than her attack."

Posted

And now that you're following, Calico, take it to the conclusion. How does confusing a protector benefit anyone? Who would that benefit?

"Um, I think we've made it pret-ty clear we don't think you're a protector. But again, I wasn't aware of this alleged confusion, and am still waiting on Cappricia to confirm it."

"A lot of talk. Look, Calico, Brienne, Octopus Girl have been very vocal throughout. That doesn't mean they are 100% Heroica. We can't know for sure. But what we can see, is both talking and proactive play. Same for Cromeo and Theodor. I don't know either is definitely Heroica, but their play suggests it. With 42 heroes here there was no need for a group of Nephiliim to take centre stage like this. They could have just hidden in the shadows, watching, like a lot of heroes are doing, Jeddam."

Not to sound pushy or anything, but the gold from killing Ezeal. I for one think most if not all gold should be used on buying Phoenix Essences to revive loyal Heroes, to build a strong, confirmed Heroica block, barring any conversion. (didn't I hear someone talk about suspecting converting was going on? What happened to that?). I'd be happy to give my 10 gold if it meant we could revive for example Skrupp.

Luridan comes back just in tie to hear this.

"Weel, I think this tis a guid idea, but it needs ironing out."

"Er.. yes.. :look: I trusted you, and you were hurt, so I healed you. It was like, one of the first actions of the day if I recall."

{Do about what? Attacks, the plan to purchase a Phoenix Essence? Be more specific, my good Naga.}

"Weel, if Sham hadnae ripped me off I'd probably have nine gold tae give for purchasing Pheonix Essences, but he charged me much more than tha' axe was worth."
