I never claimed to not know. I just didn't push out her name the second the day started. I was hoping she might come to me and explain herself. And I got nothing. Yes, protecting Shadir disrupted their plans, but they didn't know that I'd be switched to him when they confused me. It could even be that they thought I might be protecting him (I don't know why) and in a twist of irony, they screwed up by making me protect him instead of me. I must have missed where she mentioned not doing anything. Seriously? Didn't anyone you know need healing? How many of us are wasting our gifts by doing absolutely nothing at night? Okay, maybe it wasn't even part of a grand plan. Maybe Capriccia just wanted to try out her scroll last night. I don't know. All I know is that I was protecting myself last night when she hit me with a confusion spell. I do suspect that she's in league with the others simply because of how they react to things and don't seem to care that she basically doesn't have an alibi for last night. And they're not willing to admit that the possibility that they're wrong about me.

This whole debacle about Corelin being Confused sounds like crap to me, it's very convenient that she would happen to protect another suspected Nephilim. Everything else argued about is nonsense. I agree with Calico, if Corelin is Confused then she can easily prove it. I am willing to allow her one day while we focus on Shadir and possibly others today, but if she is unwilling to accept that offer then I am not against attacking her."

"It seems like it, both seem to be pushing for each others lynch and Calico's group seems to be quite close from the start of the game, before really checking if they were true heroes. She might have acted independently of Calico and company.}

I also would have expected you to focus on the cleric who supposedly confused you, instead of distracting everyone with a conspiracy theory against Calico. It's a plain black and white case, either you are lying or she is, Calico is irrevelent at the moment we take this one step at a time. I have read back on their initial suspicion of you after you protested to the "kill all mages" after the statement had been clarified mind you. You seemed to be continuing the riot incitement that Doranee started. Additionally their suspicions were not soley based upon your objecting to them, but your protecting of Retak whom we are almost certain is a Nephilim on Day 1 and your protecting of Shadir (whether or not intentionally is to be determined) last night who is another prime suspect of today. Even after all that, I wouldn't say you are their greatest suspect as you seem to be painting yourself.}

As Calico suggested you drop defense to attack as possibility of proving truth to story. You accused several times before mage discsussion happen today, then quiet ones incite near-riot. You not greatest suspect but if piece fits, as they say.

It was in our best interest to keep it from getting into the evil's hands. There was no way to know her affiliation then. The plan, at the time, seemed sound. And I thought I was being accused of shooting Calico with the handcannon I don't have that day. They can't suspect me for doing both when I can't have done both at the same time. Calico is relevant because she and her friends (a suspiciously close-knit group) have been the ones accusing me. If it was simply between myself and Cappriccia, I would think my word would have as much weight as hers. Instead, I'm guilty until proven innocent and she's innocent until proven guilty.

It's not a matter of the gold. As I said, it's about protecting myself. Besides, you remember how I said that I only have a 50% chance of protecting myself, well that would apply to attacking as well. It'd be a coin flip if it would clear me anyway. You can bet that Calico would jump all over it if my attack went through.
