September 13, 201311 yr Yeah, it's a great piece, everyone forgets about it since it's in the Bionicle section.
September 14, 201311 yr I love anti-roll bars, they work great for track cars. Once I get my suspension parts from Germany I will try to implement one in my large RC car build
September 15, 201311 yr jaw dropping as usual nicjasno! i love the way your models work as the real thing!
November 17, 201311 yr Author Finally new video! :) images: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/0qt73qemhnu35gq/IlKtkoO1TZ
August 28, 201410 yr Sorry to revive this 'old' topic, but i was curious how many people still follow this buildshow and if there are more copies out there! Here is mine: I was finally able to buy the tires for a bargain price and received them today. With them the model is HUGE! Edited August 28, 201410 yr by jesse66058
August 28, 201410 yr Hi I am following the show just waiting for a new video and to see some progress on the car further .
August 30, 201410 yr Yeah, we'll continue in october. :P yeah man post something, i love your video tutorials!
August 30, 201410 yr Author The chassis will get totally rebuilt. It needs to be lighter and stronger.
August 30, 201410 yr @nicjasno: Why dont you build it fully studless? It would be cooler to have it like that. And also, is there a way to rebuild the rear suspension without the 2L bars that you use?
August 30, 201410 yr @nicjasno: Why dont you build it fully studless? It is stronger with studded parts.
August 30, 201410 yr Author Some parts need to be done with studded parts. But i will try to use the new panels in some areas as structural parts. The rear and front suspensions need to be rebuilt. I'll see what i can do about the 2l bars.
August 30, 201410 yr Totally rebuilded? That's some work! But yeah, curious how you make it again and again. I think this is one of the best methods to learn how to build with Lego. Try to improve the newest chassis. When stuck you look how somebody solved it in the next episode. Amazing!
August 30, 201410 yr It may be stronger with studded parts, but you sure can build a studless car very strong if you brace sections in all directions. Plus, it is way more challenging to build studless. @nicjasno: Excellent! It sounds very interesting that you will try to use panels. And that you will see what to do with the 2L bars, as they are modified, it is better if you could eliminate such parts
April 30, 20168 yr Author It's time for an update. I have recently restarted the e30 build and scrapped everything that i made before. Here's some pics of the current setup.
April 30, 20168 yr YES! More e30 type videos (hopefully)! Anyway I really like the McPherson Front suspension with the adjustable shocks. On the rear axle are you sure the UJ's and CV's can handle the torque? I have blown out CV's with just regular PF motors.
April 30, 20168 yr Author There is nothing final in any of those images. Everything can change still. I don't trust either the lego cv joints or the u-joints. But nothing else fits in here at the moment. I'll try to think of something stronger. Edited April 30, 20168 yr by nicjasno

April 30, 20168 yr Brick built U-Joints could fit next to the diff housing, but probably not next to the wheels...too bad.
May 1, 20168 yr good work, but it's going to be a tough act for many to follow with the use of the motorcycle springs
May 1, 20168 yr Author I have decided to go for the optimal sollution rather than something everybody is able to copy. With those springs, lowering and tuning the car will also be so much easier.
May 1, 20168 yr Having purchased an engine from you before, I love what you do and do follow your material from time to time. Glad to see some progress on this cool project.
