Posted September 11, 201311 yr Came across this on the Brickset Forums: It's on Brick Owl, too, which provided the photo. I really really really want it. I wonder if it will be a threshold promo as it is in a promobag packaging. It might be one of those things like the LEGO Club Max or BR LEGO promobag, which was extremely hard to find. So, where will we get this promo from? Edited September 11, 201311 yr by just2good
September 11, 201311 yr Well, that's interesting! I like the arms. I'd bet this is a giveaway form the LEGO store, no idea what type though... I like that they made the mascot, but a fig with the LEGO store employee outfit would have been cooler.
September 11, 201311 yr It might have something to do with the voucher on the back of the Autumn 2013 Catalogue. The caption reads: Come to your local LEGO® store, build your own minifiugure and take it home for free! Or spend £10 or more and get three free minifigures!**Offer is valid from 11th September - 30th september in the official UK LEGO® Stores and only for minifigures from the Build-A-Mini Tower. EDIT: Have a pictuar: The conditions also state that it's not available online. Have any members in Mainland Europe spotted this on their catalogues? Edited September 11, 201311 yr by Gnac
September 11, 201311 yr Author It might have something to do with the voucher on the back of the Autumn 2013 Catalogue. The conditions also state that it's not available online. Have any members in Mainland Europe spotted this on their catalogues? Hmm, that is interesting. It might be releated to this figure, but the "Or spend £10 or more and get three free minifigures!" and how it's only in store makes me think it might have something to do with the Build-A-Figure station.

Yeah, it would be weird if they give not one, but THREE of those sought-after things for such a low price. The picture on the voucher (see above) got the theory-loving part of my brainial gland all excited. Oh well. Edited September 11, 201311 yr by Gnac
September 12, 201311 yr Oh my gosh, I've wanted one of these since forever! That face is huge though! -Sci Edited September 12, 201311 yr by CM4S
September 12, 201311 yr Oh my gosh, I've wanted one of these since forever! So have I! I was wondering when/if we would get one; they've been using images of one for the stores and Shop at Home for quite a while, alongside images of other minifigures that have been made available in the Minifigures line or in other sets. I'd long hoped that meant they would indeed make official LEGO Store associate minifigures, but of course I'd like for them to be available here in the US...
September 13, 201311 yr I've been wanting them to do this minifig for ages too. I hope it isn't just a one off thing and it's around for a while.
September 13, 201311 yr How come my Autumn 2013 catalogue which arrived the other day doesn't have one of those vouchers? Grrrrrr!!!
September 13, 201311 yr How come my Autumn 2013 catalogue which arrived the other day doesn't have one of those vouchers? Grrrrrr!!! You can get one by ordering through the "Request a LEGO Catalog" link near the bottom of the official website. A few days after my requested catalogue arrived, I got another (voucherless) one all wrapped in cellophane. Turns out I was already on their mailing list.
September 14, 201311 yr I'm confused, the three free figs are from the build-a-fig thing, so what's that got to do with this promo?
October 1, 201311 yr Wait, wasn't this minifigure to promote the new mobile site? I thought you recieved it if you ordered a lego set through the mobile site. Thanks for the image!
October 2, 201311 yr The guy I spoke to in the Glasgow store said they had absolutely no knowledge of the set aside from seeing that picture of it online
October 3, 201311 yr I'd love to have at one, or at least its torso. I like the idea of a Lego store employee minifig as a promo set, though it probably appeals to adults more than to kids.
October 5, 201311 yr I know that this minifig wil be available in the Copenhagen LEGO shop on the 19-20 of october where they have an special event. dont know what they are promoting. I got a flyer from the shop yesterday. Its in Danish, will take a photo of it when i return home tomorrow.
October 5, 201311 yr I got my order from Lego yesterday and I was surprised to find the Lego store employee minifigure included in the box as well as a nice little fire safety card with also a nice layout for the fire station. 20131004_172212 by legokermie, on Flickr 20131004_172221 by legokermie, on Flickr 20131004_172429 by legokermie, on Flickr It came in a nice envelop to. 20131004_172235 by legokermie, on Flickr 20131004_172247 by legokermie, on Flickr 20131004_172311 by legokermie, on Flickr Has anyone else gotten this minifigure with their order?
October 6, 201311 yr Did you place the order on your mobile device? I'd heard that might be the trick to receiving the Shop Minifigure.
October 6, 201311 yr Has anyone else gotten this minifigure with their order? Thanks for the pictures. I have merged your thread with an existing topic (in Special Themes) discussing this promotional item.
October 6, 201311 yr Did you place the order on your mobile device? I'd heard that might be the trick to receiving the Shop Minifigure. Is there a special Lego Store app for mobile devices? Or do you mean just ordering online rather than over the phone?
October 6, 201311 yr This DK promo sounds great, just too bad my ''contact'' in DK will be out of the country on those days. Hopefully, the minifig will be available on BL soon. I know that this minifig wil be available in the Copenhagen LEGO shop on the 19-20 of october where they have an special event. dont know what they are promoting. I got a flyer from the shop yesterday. Its in Danish, will take a photo of it when i return home tomorrow.
