Any ideas of the 9 pirate lords MOC?

We get Jack and Barbossa already from LEGO sets, and half Elizabeth (different torso)

Others have appeared in the LEGO game.

Any idea of how to source the parts, or suggestions of similar parts?

you can use the white face from the collectible minifig series 2 mime ( here ) and a modified Jack Sparrow tricorn hat for Capitaine Chevalle. Also the kimono girl from minifigure series 4 ( here ) could be used as Mistress Ching

Thanks. I got exactly the kimono girl and thought it would be useful. lol But find it a bit too cute as Mistress Ching. Maybe fit with another torso and dress, any idea?

Besides this two minifigs how many other white face head did Lego make?

Good Sao Feng. You need another face for Ching, but the same clothes. Blanc color. For the rest, nice idea!

Look heavily at the Hobbit Dwarves for some really useful ornate Pirate Lord type parts.

For Teague mix Balin's or Gloins Torso with the beard from the castle Evil Wizard.

Sumbaggee could be the PoP merchant. Has Dwalin's beard been made in grey or white?

A good starting place for Ammand might be Thorin's face on Kili's torso.
