October 21, 201311 yr And what if it wasn't trolling ? Imagine a S@H exclusive set. Like... I don't know, a very big guy with a vehicle. With a 60 (or more) € price tag. Or a normal sized Hero within an exoskeleton. That would be so great ! Well, perhaps I should stop dreaming. Edited October 21, 201311 yr by Leewan
October 21, 201311 yr Well, if that were to be the case, I'd want it to be Furno personally, as he's the only other Hero we know of who holds the rank of Commander, which mean he now outranks Stormer. Of course, full sized versions of the Heroes could come in the summer, but that's just what I think.
October 22, 201311 yr Technically Furno was just a temporary commander, unless the status quo is solidified for 2014. Seriously though, giant and/or exclusive set is totally my scene. I'm on board.
October 22, 201311 yr Hmmm.....I've never heard of a temporary promotion. Usually, promotion such as that are permanent and only taken away as a disciplinary action.
October 22, 201311 yr Well, it was granted to him specifically for the mission (which can be interpreted as a trial run of sorts). He's definitely not in charge in the Secret Mission books, but it's also acknowledged that he's matured (and specifically in the context of Alpha 1, a lieutenant), and it's absolutely possible we'll see his career further even more for 2014.
October 22, 201311 yr If the large set is true, I hope it's a two pack. A large, unique villain and Breez with her machine. Breez because she's the only one who doesn't have an individual set. Edited October 22, 201311 yr by Kalhiki
October 22, 201311 yr The awesome gun-metallic character shown at LEGO-World in CPH was designed by Christoffer, who has been working on Bionicle/HF since day one. I've been begging him to push this to a product, but it's hard to transform such an expensive build into a set. The painted version (white with green) is not to my liking though. A few months ago I asked Christoffer if I could rebuild his character and post pictures on flickr and here on EB. He promptly suggested me to put it on Cuusoo too. Maybe I should make a copy of his build, and show you all how it looks in detail. The only custom part in the character is the head, everything else is made of available parts. Erland Part Design Doesn't mean much, but it's fun to think about it. If the large set is true, I hope it's a two pack. A large, unique villain, and Breez with her machine. Breez because she's the only one who doesn't have an individual set. Hmm, indeed, why making and including a Breez minifig if she doesn't even have her own Machine? I thought she'd get her own in Summer, but your idea sounds feasible too.
October 22, 201311 yr Just another trololol moment to get us through another 24 hours, front? With that said, I'd love to see a massive villain, with a hero and a smaller mech (and I'll jump on the Breez train, always loved breez and it'd be a shame if she doesn't get a nice set) included. I'd stay away from super-huge massive mech though and aim more towards a massive villain. With a massive mech, there wouldn't really be anything for it to fight
October 22, 201311 yr I wonder what the storyline of this year will be? We've already established the fact that it's going to be a case of Heroes Vs. Giant Villains... But how did the villains end up giant in the first place? And how will the Brain Bugs be involved?
October 22, 201311 yr But how did the villains end up giant in the first place? And how will the Brain Bugs be involved? Villains seem to be creatures. Maybe sentient. Calling it now, the guy that got the HF plans and made the Brains ALSO made these creatures.
October 22, 201311 yr You may be onto something, DJ Pon3... The question is, did he make these creatures directly? Or did he use enhanced Brain Bugs to do the job?
October 22, 201311 yr I've had that idea as well. It just seem too convenient that: 1)The creator of the Brains hasn't shown up yet. 2)BA webepisode ends with Brains still present in a cave (plan B?) 3)2014 story is called Invasion from Below. Corydoras said the Beasts are mostly black. Maybe, just maybe -I know, it's farfetched- they are mutated Black Brains? Either way, I'm sure there's a connection. The Brains, the Beasts and their small minions are all related.
October 22, 201311 yr Just another trololol moment to get us through another 24 hours, front? I'd like to mention at this point that, as a very excited Smash Bros. fan who's looking forward the newest game, I already get trolled by Sakurai for at least a week now, as he plays with the expectations of the fan base for character announcements. The comments here made me just realize how dependent I am on things like LEGO and Nintendo, to the point that I'm practically dying for every bit of new information.

Hello, I usually don't comment on this thread but was excited when I read something about hero factory including minifigs next year. This breeze girl, is she a leaked minifgure/buildable figure? Or is she from some Hero Factory movie/T.V short/online comic? I used to LOVE Bionicle and when it ended, I hated Hero Factory for taking it's place. But with new of minifigures and a large set, I think I may just have to "move along" and start following this new theme, haha. This theme is looking very promising to me. Also, if "Breeze" is a character from some sort of online short, can someone post the link to the short from it's beginning in 2010? I want to catch up (if there is any catching up to do). No, Breez has been a character from the start of the story. When I said she doesn't have an individual set, I was referring to this wave only (I assume that statement is what prompted you to ask?). The Hero minifigs are featured in villain sets and their own individual set. The individual release has them with a mech. However, Breez only appears this time around in a villain set and doesn't have her own individual mech set. For more info about the character, see Chro's post above mine. EDIT: On a side note, your post brings up an interesting prospect. You say you hated HF, but now not so much because there are minifigs. Looks like they did something right. The inclusion of minifigs will more than likely draw in more people to Hero Factory and Constraction themes in general. Good job, Lego. Good job. Edited October 23, 201311 yr by Kalhiki
October 23, 201311 yr Warms my heart to see people referencing HS01. Also reminds me to get off my lazy megablocks and update certain parts... ANYWAY. Yeah. Maybe Makuhero City is actually home to a race of supermonsters dwelling below the surface? Maybe that's why Makuro built it there in the first place? CONSPIRACIES WITHIN CONSPIRACIES? I'm exicted.
October 23, 201311 yr ANYWAY. Yeah. Maybe Makuhero City is actually home to a race of supermonsters dwelling below the surface? Maybe that's why Makuro built it there in the first place? CONSPIRACIES WITHIN CONSPIRACIES? I'm exicted. Remember that the conspiracy thing was something that Greg thought up and that will never be resolved in like, never. so yeah I'm sure the creatures are related to the Brains and it's all part of the Brain Maker's masterplan or something like that.
October 23, 201311 yr While I'm absolutely sure that giant set thing is a joke, I would love to see a 200$+ set. Just imagine the sheer size of that thing in the TV series.
October 23, 201311 yr The pictures won't show up until mid-November, due to Lego's strict policy on keeping their products confidential. Notice how they're getting more and more protective of their pre-release pictures for Hero Factory?
October 23, 201311 yr why would they get over-protective over it. sure, if it's one year before, i can understand. but it's just few months prior, why not? it wouldn't do much harm. in fact, releasing the pictures earlier will help the potential buyers decide what they are gonna buy, and it could also attract new fans too. it won't hurt so much on them.
October 23, 201311 yr Maybe they want to keep possible spoilers to a minimum. :P but why only HF, in that case? the other themes already got the pictures, one by one. when will our turn?
