CM4Sci Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 Yea. A PIZZA SCOOTER. maybe it could include the subway entrance to throw Karai into. Calling it. Red vespa in the Parisian Restaurant! -Sci Quote
badbob001 Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 It would be very interesting for LEGO to come out with a set that only has the two girls from the show and none of the turtles. I would certainly buy it because girl minifigures are usually the minority in anyone's collection. And I would love to own more of those scooters. Quote
Legoman123 Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 I am really looking forward to seeing an image of the submarine. Quote
zipper778 Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 I'm thinking that we are in some serious need of seeing the new Turtles sets. They all are sounding good and I can't wait to get some new figs (like Karai). Quote
Kintobor Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 This is Nickelodeon were talking about, another company who has licensed their property to Lego. This is less likely Lego not releasing images, and Nickelodeon saying they can't. Quote
Merc4hire95 Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 With Nickelodeon already airing there newest season, I don't understand why these set pictures haven't been posted yet, which is upsetting considering the set list is far more interesting than there last wave. Quote

The sets come out in May, and pictures for them weren't in the first preliminary catalog. Quote
zipper778 Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 Oh man. Didn't realize they were releasing the sets in May. Oh well, the SuperHero sets are coming soon. Quote
Faefrost Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Oh man. Didn't realize they were releasing the sets in May. Oh well, the SuperHero sets are coming soon. Isn't the new TMNT movie a summer release? That's probably why. They have a hard date to coincide with the marketing window for the movie. Which will be a huge boost for Lego, regardless of how the movie turns out. Quote
Merc4hire95 Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 Wow I missed a lot, I didn't even know there was going to be a TMNT movie in the summer. Hopefully we will get leaks or finalized set pics by Jan. if the sets are to be released in May. I am most excited for the turtle sub. Quote
BlueberryWaffles Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 The film is releasing in August 2014. Though the sets are coming May because it was going to be released in June but they moved it. Quote

Exactly. Same happened with the Lone Ranger- the sets were released in April as the fil was planned to be released in May, but it got pushed back to July. Quote
HawkLord Posted November 16, 2013 Posted November 16, 2013 More of a recent acquisition than anything else, but I found the Krang polybag (30270) at Target in their holiday section. Contains Krang in his robot suit and a blaster for shooting (brick built) mini-Turtle figures. Quote
The Jersey Brick Guy Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Toys R' Us had the Baxter set for 50% off yesterday. I was really on the fence about starting the TMNT line, but that pushed me over. Now to pick up the other sets. Sigh Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 I found these on Bol.com, not sure if anyone has mentioned it. I don't know the US prices yet. The set names sound great! LEGO Ninja Turtles Karai Bike Escape - 79118 € 21.99 LEGO Ninja Turtles Turtle Submarine Pursuit - 79121 € 79.99 LEGO Ninja Turtles T-Rawket Airstrike - 79120 € 39.99 LEGO Ninja Turtles Unleashed in the Change Room - 79119 € 32.99 Quote

And not Turtles invading a girls locker room? Quote
Legoman123 Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 The submarine is going to be 48cm! This could be the best sub we have ever seen. Quote
just2good Posted November 27, 2013 Author Posted November 27, 2013 The submarine is going to be 48cm! This could be the best sub we have ever seen. Nah, that's the box size. Which is an interesting find, as that's the same size as the Black Gate set, or even the Gorzan Gorilla Striker set. It's usually used for $60 sets, but as seen with Gorzan, it's not limited to just $50 sets. And this set is $80. Quote
Oky Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Well, the sub was quite large in the show, so I hope they do it justice. Since it has to fit all four turtles, I'm guessing it will be about the same size as the Shellraiser which was also around the same price range. Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 (edited) I think that the submarine set will be at least as big the shellraiser. Edited November 28, 2013 by amazingbricks Quote
Starrocks923 Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 79119 has a very...interesting name. I would laugh so hard if the set comes with miniature turtles and a bathroom stall-but I sure hope it doesn't. Quote
Lord Rahl of Clannad Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 I'm glad to see that this theme is continuing and expanding after all, though I'm hoping the set designs are an improvement on the sets we saw this year. I'm very excited for the Karai minifigure, and I'm sure the other sets will have certain characters/elements to grab my attention. As for the movie sets, those could be interesting depending on how they are managed and what the set and minifigure designs actually look like. The only thing about the movie wave that I'm not happy about is how long us in the UK will have to wait for it. The movie's release has been pushed back from May to October, so it's unlikely that us in the UK will get these sets before then. I can always hope though. Quote
BrickG Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 It looks like these are still mainly based off Season 1 so I doubt we'll get a Casey Jones. Though personally I never saw his appeal anyways and he's got no hockey mask getup. Quote
Brickmasta Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 (edited) Was there a sumbarine in any tv series... ?? If so we may know how it will turn out :) Edit: We may have winner: http://tmnt2012serie...wiki/Turtle_Sub Edited November 30, 2013 by Brickmasta Quote
