Naylus Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 Yeah, Lego knew how to make a really nice house. I guess they are coming back to the idea of good old 80' I myself have 6349 Holiday Villa, probably from the same time as this one. It's a bit simpler than 6374, but I still love it. About a year ago I also bought 6370 Weekend Home, also a very nice set from 80-90s... This set has one advantage: the lady here has the VERY RARE pigtails (I guess they're called like that) hair, that CANNOT be found in any set of today. Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 Great review Neat set. I've tried to get this anytime I see it on eBay. Always ends up too much Quote
Man with a hat Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 This brings back memories. It is indeed one of the best city houses ever. I should rebuilt mine too. Without the sticker though. That one dissapeared sometime during all the building up and breaking down... I never put stickers on anymore these days. Quote
Gregorovich Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 This set has one advantage: the lady here has the VERY RARE pigtails (I guess they're called like that) hair, that CANNOT be found in any set of today. I have the pigtails. In fact, I used to have two, but I gave one away. I didn't know they were rare! Anyway, excellent review! Thanks very much for it. The house is really lovely, I'm very sad I don't own it. Thanks again for the great review! Quote
