Mr Man Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 "This is TK-4242, immediate assistance is required at maintenance corridor 97 Alpha". "This is TK-4242, they have blasted through the walls, and are coming through the maintenance tunnel, at lest 1 trooper down....". Here is my entry for the CB. I originally had a platforms based build, but I found out I had more white bricks than grey / curved platform bricks. http://www.brickshel...lp/sam_0866.jpg http://www.brickshel...lp/sam_0868.jpg http://www.brickshel...lp/sam_0869.jpg (A shot from the maintenance tunnels into the corridor). http://www.brickshel...lp/sam_0876.jpg (A Surprise attack). http://www.brickshel...lp/sam_0874.jpg (An overall look). Apologies for the bad quality it's a good camera but the settings keep changing by them selves whilst in the middle of taking a photo. Quote
Lego Spy Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 (edited) Great MOC. On a side note: "This is TK-" and "4242, immediate..." Got cut off by the image. Edited September 21, 2013 by Lego Spy Quote
Brickdoctor Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 I think you've got a good start, and your broken wall is plausibly built. It is a little blocky and hard to see what's going on. Do you not have a better editor than MS Paint? Get Paint.NET or GIMP and stop editing photos with primitive brushes! Quote
kermit Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Nice moc , but I think the right wall could of been edited better so that its top isnt showing. Quote
Mr Man Posted September 24, 2013 Author Posted September 24, 2013 (edited) Great MOC. Thanks On a side note: "This is TK-" and "4242, immediate..." Got cut off by the image. I cant work out how to fix that. Edit: Turning off formatting seems to be the only way of creating a new paragraph , but sorted now . I think you've got a good start, and your broken wall is plausibly built. It is a little blocky and hard to see what's going on. Thanks . It is a little blocky, I was originally going to do a standard corridor with the lighter arches and windows, then I saw some other CB's here that had a transition from the white to grey, industrial levels, It didn't translate as well from my head to bricks . Do you not have a better editor than MS Paint? Get Paint.NET or GIMP and stop editing photos with primitive brushes! Up until a week or so before starting this I did have GIMP, it started to crash just in time for me starting this MOC . Nice MOC , but I think the right wall could of been edited better so that its top isn't showing. Yes, as above, if I had had GIMP ready I would have vastly improved the presentation. But thanks .
