September 30, 201311 yr Author I want , How much do you want for it?. Not for sale sorry, if I make instructions someday you will be the first in my list and as you see in the video I have to do something with the tracks to improve the MOC.
September 30, 201311 yr Works very nice although I do have to admit that the tracks are painfully slow
September 30, 201311 yr Author Works very nice although I do have to admit that the tracks are painfully slow I think so but the real machine has a max. speed of 11´6 km/h forward and 13´3 km/h reverse, this machine is fast only if it is carried by a truck .

Oh sorry i meant the ripper on the back The track speed is fine. i don't know why I said tracks instaed of ripper. My brain isn't working properly today Edited September 30, 201311 yr by Rishab N

My brain isn't working properly today Ah ok, but I think the ripper isn´t slow at all, in the video it is slow because it is lifting the machine (2´5 kg), if you use it on sand or bricks it is fast.
October 1, 201311 yr Do you have an 8275 to compare it to? It looks absolutely massive. Edited October 1, 201311 yr by jantjeuh
October 1, 201311 yr Author Do you have an 8275 to compare it to? It looks absolutely massive. I don´t have it and I have always wanted one... the dimensions are 57x25x18´5 cm and the 8275 is 47x24x18 cm.
October 1, 201311 yr Quite easy to Bricklink a 8275 together, that's what I did Especially if you already own 8043 and have some XL motors. Really the only expensive parts are the pneumatic cylinder holders and the four yellow track wheels. Edited October 1, 201311 yr by jantjeuh
October 2, 201311 yr How do you design all the internal drive and functions?, I would love to be able to build something like this.
October 2, 201311 yr Author How do you design all the internal drive and functions?, I would love to be able to build something like this. There is no secret, the key is the 8043 and build as small as possible to put everything in the necessary proportions.
October 4, 201311 yr For the tracks, I'm puzzled you didn't use the old chain links http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=bb76 which run with the driving wheels you've used. Two sets of these in parallel, joined with 1x4 plates, would be a good size. Or wouldn't they strong enough?

[/b] I don´t know how strong they can be, just I love tracked vehicles and I invented this. At the end of the video are the tracks I will put on the komatsu, they work better than the rubber ones, they are strong, flexible, you can make them so wide you need (snow vehicles for example) and even you can use yellow liftarms, I love them.
October 11, 201311 yr Author Tracks working and a lot of changes, only 5 small motors this time and smaller than the old komatsu but I am tired... no more bulldozers until now.
October 12, 201311 yr Impressive model. The treads are rather neat and probably work great since they are rubber.
October 12, 201311 yr What a beast! Great job! I love the details, but still looks technic style. The functions are fantastic and the solutions you have come up with are just great! Well done indeed.

The functions are fantastic and the solutions you have come up with are just great! Well done indeed. Technic is the style I like, the Model Team style not allow many functions in the small or medium scale MOCs. If someday I build a big tracked crane or a rope shovel or something with less features like loaders or dumpers maybe I will try to make them more realistic outside, but the fact is that what I like is the inside the outside bores me much . Thank you for comment again. Edited October 12, 201311 yr by jorgeopesi

October 12, 201311 yr So now when you have finished the tracks, can you make comparison...pros, cons of both plastic and rubber tracks?
